The IDM MSTP155-63E1 Multi-Service Transport Platform is an STM-1 level Synchronous Digital Hierarchy (SDH) optical transmission equipment, supporting two 155.52Mb/s aggregate optical interfaces (A and B), 63 E1 interfaces, 4 physically isolated Ethernet ports with N*2.048Mbps bandwidth, and 2 V.35/V.11 interfaces. The IDM MSTP155-63E1 can serve as an Add-Drop Multiplexer (ADM device), functioning as a transmission network node to provide add/drop multiplexing for 63 E1 channels; the IDM MSTP155-63E1 can also serve as a Terminal Multiplexer (TM device), utilized as an optical transmission module for switches.
