The IDM GTD442 multi-service optical terminal features a fiber interface rate of 2.5G, providing 2 wire-speed 1000M Ethernet channels, each equipped with 1 electrical port (GE) and 1 optical port (GX); it also provides 18 E1 bandwidth transmission channels. The IDM GTD442 multi-service optical terminal supports up to two groups of fiber interfaces on the line transmission interface, forming redundant optical ports, or chain networks, ring networks, etc.

I. Overview
The IDM GTD442 dual gigabit telephone optical terminal is a new-generation optoelectronic integrated transmission device developed by our company, based on high-speed fiber transmission technology and PCM technology. It integrates Ethernet transmission and PCM multi-service access functions, meeting the diverse requirements of users for broadband and narrowband multi-service fiber transmission and access.
The IDM GTD442 is a fiber access device with multiple configurations. It provides fiber multiplexing for Ethernet, telephone, and serial interfaces, and can interoperate with the IDM GP2000 series optical interface devices.
The IDM GTD442 features a fiber interface rate of 2.5G, providing 2 wire-speed 1000M Ethernet channels, each equipped with 1 electrical port (GE) and 1 optical port (GX); it also provides 18 E1 bandwidth transmission channels.
The IDM GTD442 supports up to two groups of fiber interfaces on the line transmission interface, forming redundant optical ports, or chain networks, ring networks, etc.
On the user interface, it provides 4 groups of Ethernet interfaces, 4 telephone channels (central office, remote, magneto, 2-wire audio), 2 RS485 channels or 1 RS422 channel. The Ethernet interfaces can be configured in physical isolation or VLAN isolation modes.
At the central office end, it can interconnect with GP2000 and GP2400 optical modules, through which devices such as IDM G3CP, IDM OMP, IDM 30E, IDM 30F, and IDM GP-MPconv can be connected.
It can be widely applied in private networks such as public security, electric power, railway, and mining, as well as public network fields including mobile, Unicom, and telecom operators.

- Dual physically isolated wire-speed 1000M Ethernet channels;
- Provides 4 telephone interface channels, configurable as FXO central office automatic telephones, FXS remote automatic telephones, or MAG magneto telephones;
- 2 optional RS485 data channels;
- Optical ports are SFP interfaces, allowing optical modules to be configured as required;
