IDM-240NET 8E1+100M PDH Optical Terminal
The IDM-240NET optical terminal is a point-to-point optical transmission device developed using large-scale integrated circuits. It supports up to 8 E1 channels, 4 shared 100M line-rate Ethernet data transmission, and 1 RS232 interface, with dual optical ports for mutual backup and serial port network management.
Overview
The IDM-240 NET Optical Terminal is a point-to-point optical transmission device developed using ultra-large-scale integrated circuits. It achieves the mixed multiplexing of up to 8 E1 services and the optical transmission of 4 shared 100M line-speed Ethernet data, as well as 1 RS232 interface, in a simple single-board form. The IDM-240 NET features dual optical ports for mutual backup, and through the serial port network management, various alarms can be queried, and functions such as VLAN division and rate configuration for Ethernet can be implemented. The device is characterized by comprehensive alarm monitoring, high integration, low power consumption, stable performance, and ease of use.

Main Features
- Provides up to 8 transparent E1 channels, along with four 100M line-speed shared Ethernet channels.
- Optical line rate is 155Mbps ±50ppm, with a transmission distance of no less than 50Km.
- E1 interface code type is HDB3, and E1 jitter tolerance, transfer characteristics, and output jitter fully comply with ITU-T G.703, G.823, and G.742 recommendations.
- Provides four Ethernet interfaces, supporting auto-negotiation, and can operate in full-duplex/half-duplex, 10M/100M.
- Ethernet ports support VLAN functionality and traffic control.
- Equipped with comprehensive alarm functions and can monitor the status of the remote device in real time.
- Supports E1 tributary remote loopback function, facilitating device testing and management.
- Provides an RS232 network management interface.
- The entire unit is designed as a single board, housed in a standard 1U chassis.
- Can be powered by ~220V AC or -48V DC, with the option to select either or both.
