The Multimedia Touchscreen Command Dispatch Console consists of an industrial-grade all-directional visual, digital high-definition LCD touchscreen and two dispatch consoles. It is built with multimedia communication command and dispatch control software, registering and connecting to the integrated multimedia communication dispatch host via IP network for overall command and dispatch control of the communication system. It serves as the core management and control device of the communication dispatch system. The multimedia communication command and dispatch control management interface graphically displays terminal device types (IP phones, intercoms, mobile phones, cameras, etc.) in real time, and displays the current device status (idle, ringing, in call, etc.) in corresponding colors in real time. The system enables one-click communication dispatch for various types of wired and wireless network communication terminals, with simple and efficient operation.

Product Functions:
Basic Functions: Click-to-call, call transfer, call forwarding, call parking, call pickup, barge-in, hold/resume, do-not-disturb, blocking, night and holiday service policy settings, etc.
Dispatch Functions: Single-click call, barge-in, forced release, call pickup, monitoring, call barring, manual/automatic transfer, group call, group paging, conference, dynamic grouping, hierarchical collaborative dispatch, etc.
Broadcast Functions: Includes broadcast, loudspeaker announcement, environmental monitoring, etc. Broadcast includes instant broadcast and scheduled broadcast. Broadcast audio sources can be selected from internal audio files, external audio sources, or TTS files for playback.
Trunking Intercom: Can dispatch intercoms of different frequency bands, different models, and different standards (digital/analog); push-to-talk control can be performed through the dispatch software interface.
Conference Functions: Conference initiation, conference reservation, conference member identity authentication, multiple conference groups, conference process monitoring, etc.
SMS Functions: Can send SMS messages by clicking to internal IP phones, Wi-Fi phones, multimedia terminals, and GPS terminals, and can also send SMS messages to external mobile network phones.
Electronic Fax: Import fax files, batch sending, and after receiving faxes, save images and automatically send them to designated email addresses.
Emergency Plans: Supports communication emergency plan management. Communication emergency plans can be pre-edited according to the usage environment (e.g., flood control, drought relief, explosion, fire, etc.). When an event occurs, clicking the corresponding emergency plan button on the dispatch console can quickly initiate the pre-configured communication dispatch operations (e.g., automatic loudspeaker broadcast alarm, automatic initiation of a conference with the responsible personnel, automatic sending of event SMS messages).
Monitoring Functions: Missed calls, unregistered devices, and call queue status are all displayed, along with communication fault alarms and fault log management.
System Management: Group management, account management, multi-level permission management, hotline management.
