IDM VoiceCable Online Monitoring Device
The IDM VoiceCable Online Monitoring Device is an online platform for monitoring and managing telephone cables in data center environments. Originally used for the 112 online testing service in data centers, it is now widely applied in private network communication data centers for telephone line monitoring. Tests include line breaks, short circuits, poor insulation, crosstalk, and noise. This device supports manual or automatic testing in private network data centers, records line status, and performs corresponding parameter tests based on configuration. Testing can be conducted automatically or manually, with various telephone test audio output modes and test modes, and includes a test phone interface. The system transmits test data in real time to the network management system, establishing a parameter database. Storage cycles can be set, with automatic overwriting after expiration. The device's network management system supports connection to data center operation and maintenance intelligent agents via the MCP protocol, enabling arbitrary visualization of operational data through ChatBI. By leveraging the data center and line database, line analysis and summarization are possible, and predictive analysis of future line conditions can be performed based on historical change trends and physical characteristics.

IDM VoiceCable Online Monitoring Device
Product Features
(1). 19-inch 1U device with 30 voice inputs and 30 voice outputs;
(2). Supports cascading via the device's cascade bus to connect additional expansion cabinets, enabling more cable test channels;
(3). Supports online monitoring mode, internal line testing (PBX side), and external line testing (cable side). The input and output ports feature power-off bypass functionality. The device remains operational during power loss, failure, power cycling, or firmware upgrades, with no impact on ongoing calls.
Online Monitoring Support
(1). Supports real-time identification of line status: off-hook, on-hook, ringing;
(2). Supports real-time detection of unconnected lines, poor insulation, long off-hook, and short-circuit faults, with alarm notifications;
(3). Supports detection of cable breakage and short-circuit faults, with automatic fault location;
(4). Supports cable insulation performance testing, identifying insulation resistance between pairs and between pair and ground, to assess line insulation quality;
(5). Supports real-time monitoring of circuit status, proactively identifying abnormal circuit conditions, and supports triggering automatic fault analysis upon anomaly detection, with alarm notifications for analysis results.
Internal Line Testing Mode Support
(1). Detects ringing, dial tone, signaling tones, busy tone, and call-waiting tones;
(2). Detects DTMF tone detection, call transfer, and call pickup functions of PBX systems;
(3). Supports switching any PBX-side circuit to the internal line interface, assisting in internal line-side cable testing, and enabling FXS/FXO conversion testing.
External Line Testing Mode Support
(1). Supports sending test audio to the line, assisting in manual line tracing;
(2). Supports switching any phone-side circuit to the external line interface, assisting in external line-side cable testing, enabling external line hot-line testing.
Device Support
(1). Supports LED indicators for line status and fault alarms; status and fault conditions of any circuit can be identified via indicator lights;
(2). Supports automatic line parameter learning, providing reference data for monitoring and diagnostic judgment;
(3). Supports circuit bypass; the device remains unaffected during power loss, failure, power cycling, or firmware upgrades;
(4). Supports WEB-based network management for device management, including device information display, login logs, operation logs, alarm logs, network connection logs, user management, network configuration, service management, and software upgrades;
(5). Offers serial port network management or Ethernet SNMP network management, supporting remote operations and maintenance;
(6). Offers dual AC 220V power supply, dual DC -48V power supply, or hybrid dual power supply with 1+1 redundancy.
