IDM NTD421 (DT) Elevator Five-party Intercom Telephone Optical Terminal
Due to the different working principles between five-party intercom telephones and regular telephones, ordinary telephone optical terminals cannot be used. Raytrans' dedicated five-party intercom interface card can match the signaling of five-party intercom units, enabling five-party communication between the central office and the machine room, car, car top, and pit. Five-party intercom optical terminals include the 2-channel IDM NT202(DT), 4-channel IDM NT104(DT), 8-channel IDM ENT448(DT), and 30-channel IDM 30EN(DT), among others. They meet the signal transmission requirements from elevator group machine rooms to the central office monitoring room of various capacities, and are also suitable for fiber access transmission in scenarios such as monitoring room relocation or consolidation.

With the expansion of modern residential communities, the distance between the central office monitoring room host duty room and the elevator machine room may exceed the transmission distance of five-party intercom twisted pair cables. As a result, the communication mode between the central office and the elevator machine room has undergone various changes. One approach is to use GSM transmission, which is constrained by GSM's charging model and is not economically reasonable.
