Overview:
The IDM MSAP-G3CP Multi-Service Access Platform is a new-generation multi-service optical transmission/access device based on SDH technology, launched by Beijing Raytrans Digital Technology Co., Ltd. It integrates SDH transmission, PBX/IP-PBX switching, and all-optical Ethernet switching technologies into a single platform, incorporating audio/video command & dispatch functions. It can be widely applied in private networks such as public security, electric power, railway, and mining, as well as public networks operated by mobile, unicom, and telecom carriers.
The MSAP-G3CP Multi-Service Access Platform adopts a 19-inch, (6+1)U, plug-in card architecture. Different quantities and types of tributary service cards can be configured according to actual requirements, providing multi-service access capabilities. It provides uplink STM-1/STM-4 optical interfaces, with optical access card types including: STM-1 access card, STM-4 aggregation card. Downlink multi-service access is supported via service plug-in cards including: G3-ODXC32 card, G3-4PDH card, G3-21/42E1 card, G3-ETHUSER card, G3-2GE, G3-8EOS, G3-EOSEOP card, G3-PBX card, G3-16E1DXC, G3-FXO, G3-FXS, G3-V24, G3-EM24, G3-MUSER, G3-UART_SERVER, G3-2G8F, G3-10GE, G3-4VNE, G3-8NE, G3-PRU, etc.
The MSAP-G3CP Multi-Service Access Platform is primarily used for service access, transmission, and aggregation at the access layer of data communication networks. It features complete synchronization timing functions, a powerful VC12-level and 64K-level non-blocking cross-connect matrix, and aggregation capabilities for voice, IP, and V24 Ethernet services. By configuring the audio/video command & dispatch module, and leveraging the multiple transmission and access methods of the G3CP, an audio/video command & dispatch system can be established, suitable for emergency command applications, meeting the demands of network edge users for diverse access technologies, diverse transmission services, and diverse network topologies.
The optical terminal network management platform can adopt the Netguard network management system from Beijing Raytrans Digital Technology Co., Ltd., providing powerful server/client-based, hierarchical management capabilities, including configuration management, fault management, performance management, permission management, and log management functions.

Ø Supports Synchronous Equipment Timing Source (SETS), with optional tracking of optical line timing source or external synchronization input/output (2.048Mbit/s or 2.048MHz), and automatic timing source switching based on faults or SSM; clock sources can be selected from line clock, external clock, or free-running oscillation;
Ø Standard model provides a repeaterless transmission distance of 40 kilometers; custom configurations are available for distances beyond this;
Ø Provides Ethernet management channels based on DCC, E1, and N*64K; enables reliable management and monitoring of MSAP-G3CP devices in standalone systems or across SDH ring networks; uses TCP/IP communication protocol;
Ø Provides F (100Base-T) network management interface, offering the five major functions recommended by ITU-T through the Netguard management system: configuration, alarm, performance, maintenance, and security; also provides device network management cascade interfaces;
Ø Supports SNMP simple network management protocol;
Ø Provides 2 device alarm output interfaces;
Ø Supports online software upgrade functionality;
Ø Provides natural heat dissipation and forced fan cooling, with intelligent temperature-controlled fans and fan status detection to ensure stable device operation;
Ø For SDH/MSTP optical transmission services of the MSAP-G3CP, up to 4 STM-4 aggregation cards can be inserted into the central cross-connect card slots, with pairwise mutual backup capability, serving as aggregation cards. When STM-4 optical transmission cards are used as user tributary cards, they can be inserted into the 12 user card slots. PDH cards and optical modem cards can also be inserted into these slots.
Ø The IP access services of the MSAP-G3CP Multi-Service Access Platform support multiple access methods.
l The G3-EOSEOP card based on EOS or EOPDH provides 4 independent Ethernet aggregation interfaces; in EOP mode, each Ethernet interface group supports remote access of up to 63 single-E1 bridges, or 4 16-E1 bridges (one of which operates in 15E1 state); in EOS mode, each group supports up to 63 directions of EOS Ethernet service access;
l The G3-2GE card based on EOS provides 2 groups of Gigabit Ethernet service access, each group providing 1 optical and 1 electrical GE interface; bandwidth is N*VC12 (N≤63);
Ø The MSAP-G3CP Multi-Service Access Platform can accommodate signaling gateway cards, supporting signaling protocols such as No.1, No.7, PRI, and V5.2, as well as SIP softswitch signaling.
Ø The MSAP-G3CP can accommodate PCM service access cards, with over 20 types of PCM plug-in modules available for insertion into PCM user cards, providing voice and data services.
Ø The MSAP-G3CP can accommodate audio/video visual command & dispatch cards, providing image dispatch communication based on E1 or IP transmission channels.
Ø All-optical switching access based on Ethernet.
