1. Introduction

The IDM Multimedia Dispatch Switch MSAP-CP is a PBX/IPPBX converged communication device developed and designed by Beijing Raytrans Digital Technology Co., Ltd. It is widely used by telecom operators, government, industry, and large/medium-sized enterprises. The product adopts advanced digital integrated circuits, highly integrated optimized structure, SDH/PDH optical transmission technology, and PBX/IPPBX communication technology. It can be deployed on the enterprise side or in the operator's equipment room, providing users with an integrated audio/video converged comprehensive solution.

The system adopts modular design with card-based assembly, integrating traditional TDM PBX switch E1 trunk access and analog extension user functions. It supports PRI, NO.1, NO.7, SIP/H.323 signaling methods, and can connect to traditional PSTN networks and operator VoIP softswitch platforms. It can realize voice, fax, and data transmission over TDM and IP networks, achieving secure and efficient enterprise internal audio/video converged communication.

The IDM Multimedia Dispatch Switch MSAP-CP integrates SDH optical transmission, E1 access, various 64K Z-interface, IP communication, and various wireless communication access methods, providing video, audio, fax, data, and other multimedia communication services.

The IDM Multimedia Dispatch Switch MSAP-CP is based on Telecom BUS, IP BUS, and ST-BUS multi-bus architecture, supporting digital trunk, IP trunk, and analog trunk modes, while allowing connection of multiple touchscreen integrated Dispatch Consoles. It also supports seamless connection with voice recording/voicemail servers, network management servers, fax/SMS/email servers, recording/video recording servers, GIS servers, GPS/GPRS servers, etc.

  • 19-inch 7U standard chassis structure, plug-in card design, flexible configuration, providing 16 slots, configurable with multiple service cards based on business requirements;

  • Supports AC 220V/DC -48V dual power supply with mutual backup;

  • Integrates SDH, PDH, PCM, IP, IPPBX, TDM OVER IP functions in one unit;

  • Supports insertion of STM-1 (155Mbit/s), STM-4 (622Mbit/s) SDH transmission cards, which can be used to build the backbone SDH optical transmission network in the audio/video dispatch system, or to connect to existing SDH transmission networks, fully utilizing existing network transmission resources;

  • The ODXC card supported by this device provides 64*64 VC4 and 2096*2096 VC12 timeslot non-blocking full cross-connection, supporting dual-card mutual backup;

  • Supports insertion of PBX/IPPBX card, which is the core module for dispatch and switching, realizing switching between TDM services and IP services, and switching between PRI, NO.1, NO.7, V5.2 E1 digital signaling, FXO analog trunk signaling, and SIP/H.323 signaling; this service card supports 4096*4096 64K timeslot non-blocking full cross-connection;

  • Supports insertion of Gigabit all-optical Ethernet switch card OSW_10GE and 100M Ethernet switch card ESW_8FE, enabling IP switching network construction or access to local IP switching networks via GE/FE ports, realizing access of various audio, video, and data services in the local switching network to the dispatch system;

  • Supports insertion of PDH tributary card for PDH optical tributary access, realizing audio and video transmission and access over PDH optical lines;

  • Supports insertion of 64K service interface cards, configurable with FXO/FXS, 2/4-wire E&M, 2/4-wire audio, RS232, RS422/RS485 and other N*64K services based on business requirements, and can be configured with video access cards, high-fidelity voice cards, GSM service cards, GPS/GPRS service cards, etc., meeting the audio, video, and various wireless service access requirements in the current audio/video Command & Dispatch system;

  • Supports insertion of MSCP-21E1/42E1 interface cards, realizing 21/42-channel E1 service termination, used to provide E1 digital trunk interfaces with program-controlled switches, or as E1 transparent transmission channels to interface with our audio/video terminals and the wired/wireless dispatch gateway IDM 60N;

  • All slots of the device support hot-swap functionality, and critical card positions support dual-card mutual backup;

  • The device supports multiple clock source acquisition methods including line clock extraction, internal clock, and external clock, and supports clock source protection switching;

  • The device supports rich network topology types, including optical fiber ring network, star, tree, and other topologies;

  • Provides F and f network management interfaces, with supporting network management software, realizing service configuration and online network monitoring functions;

  • Provides device ambient temperature monitoring, with real-time temperature control of fan on/off. Environmental monitoring also saves power consumption.

Our IDM Multimedia Dispatch Switch MSAP-CP has powerful access capabilities, supporting access to various transmission devices, trunk devices, switching devices, audio/video terminals, etc., through optical channels (SDH/PDH), IP (FE/GE), E1, and other methods.
