The Telephone Amplification Terminal is a broadcast amplification system based on ordinary telephone lines. During system broadcasting, the terminal automatically powers the amplifier module. It can transmit over 5 kilometers on standard twisted-pair cables. When in use, it connects to the subscriber telephone interface of a PBX or IPPBX switch.
