IDM-VNT2204 Multi-service Video Optical Terminal
The IDM-VNT2204 Multi-service Video Optical Terminal adopts advanced full-digital, uncompressed video transmission technology, delivering high-quality video transmission. It supports the transmission of two unidirectional standard-definition video signals (or one bidirectional video signal) over fiber optic lines, with two groups of 100M line-speed Ethernet bandwidth shared (total 200M Ethernet bandwidth on fiber). It meets the requirement for two physically isolated 100M Ethernet channels and provides 4 voice interfaces (telephone or EM24 audio) and 2 RS232/RS485 interfaces. Capable of high-quality transmission of any high-resolution static and dynamic images, the IDM-VNT2204 is a high-reliability, cost-effective, and high-performance long-distance video transmission system suitable for fiber-based CCTV networks, traffic monitoring, industrial surveillance, building monitoring, video conferencing, high-quality video conferencing, and remote education systems.

4. Application Example 2
The IDM VNT2204 can interoperate with Raytrans’s centralized multi-service transmission equipment, the IDM MSAP-CP with VNE board, to build a point-to-multipoint star network. Multiple remote video and voice signals are centrally aggregated at the control center. The control center can display multi-window video on large screens, and dispatch consoles can control remote PTZ cameras via keyboard or joystick, with support for video and voice binding. The IDM MSAP-CP connects to PCM equipment via E1 interface or directly outputs 64K services, enabling remote voice access.
