1. Overview

The IDM RG3200-PX is a media trunking gateway independently developed and manufactured by Raytrans to meet the voice service requirements of enterprises/industries and carriers. 2.1 Superior Voice Communication Quality

  • Based on powerful processing capabilities, the IDM RG3200-PX achieves excellent voice communication quality;
  • Voice Activity Detection (VAD) technology effectively conserves bandwidth resources;
  • Comfort Noise Generation (CNG) technology provides a call experience identical to that of the PSTN;
  • Adaptive dynamic buffering technology meets the requirements of demanding network environments;
  • Maximum G.168 128ms echo cancellation technology, far exceeding the specifications of comparable gateways, eliminates echo interference caused by long-distance calls;
  • DTMF detection/generation technology effectively supports services such as fax, call-back, and secondary dialing.

  • In software, the IDM RG3200-PX supports configuration and network management via WEB, TELNET, and SNMP, allowing non-professionals to easily manage and maintain the device;
  • In hardware, the IDM RG3200-PX features a compact design, only 1U high, and can be installed in a 19-inch standard rack or independently in a small equipment room.
