The IDM-NT202 centralized Telephone Optical Terminal extends voice and data services to various subscriber areas, serving as a substitute for remote small exchanges, enabling cross-boundary subscriber provisioning, and alleviating the load on switching offices; alternatively, it resolves the constraints of twisted-pair copper cables in terms of bandwidth and transmission distance within urban areas, thereby expanding the service coverage of switching offices.
