IDM E1 Multi-channel Recording System

I. Overview

The IDM E1 Multi-channel Recording System is an integrated software/hardware system that performs real-time, automatic recording and real-time monitoring of calls on E1 lines. The recording employs internationally standard voice processing and compression technologies, compliant with CCITT standards. Voice signals are sampled, digitized, and compressed, then stored on computer disks via the network.

The IDM E1 Multi-channel Recording System is applicable to our company's IDM MCC multimedia dispatch switch, IDM M9000C vehicle-mounted dispatch system, IDM M8000 multimedia dispatch switch, and other equipment and systems, and can also be used for recording on PCM equipment from other manufacturers.

II. Features

1. Online Recording

In the E1 recording channel recording mode, once recording is started, the system automatically records the E1 line. It converts the information on all 32 timeslots of one E1 into IP signals and sends them to the computer for storage and playback.

If the signals are data signals, they can also be sent to the computer for recording, then placed on the PCM equipment to restore the original data through the PCM equipment.

2. Recording File Management

The system supports operations such as querying, statistics, deletion, and modification of recording records. For retrieval and playback of recording data, single and combined queries can be performed by multiple conditions including channel number, date, time, and dialed phone number.

3. System Management

Users can add or delete system administrators, or modify administrator permissions as needed, assigning different permissions to different administrators. User management is very easy.
