Intelligent Audio/Video Inspection System, Network Patrol System
Video Inspection Server Hardware Performance:
Supports direct access to front-end devices such as IPC, NVR, DVR via ONVIF protocol or GB28181 protocol;
Supports access of multiple video surveillance platforms and some front-end devices such as DVR, NVR, IPC via SDK.
Supports viewing real-time video surveillance streams under NAT.
Supports audio/video linkage. Provides no more than 20 channels of 1080P 30fps video transcoding in H.265 format.
Hardware Recommendation: 4-core 3.0GHz / 16GB DDR4 / 960G SSD / Dedicated Graphics Card

Software Functions:
Plan Formulation: Patrol plans can be formulated, with patrol sequence, duty duration at each post, execution time, etc. configured to form a patrol package.
Planned Patrol: According to the patrol execution time determined by the patrol plan, the system can automatically perform remote video display of duty points in the patrol package in the set sequence and duration for patrol personnel to view.
Real-time Viewing: Including position display on the map, inspection point archive display, inspection element display of inspection points, PTZ preset execution, intelligent recognition results, and consistency confirmation.
Historical Playback: Can be linked with storage devices such as DVRs to retrieve historical video, with playback, speed playback, time-point dragging and other playback control functions.
PTZ Control: Equipped with universal PTZ control buttons, enabling manual/automatic control of PTZ and dome cameras over the network for direction control, zoom, etc.
Video Snapshot: Can capture and save the current video of selected video surveillance points, with conditional retrieval by time, surveillance point unit and name, and preview at any time.
Video Recording: Can record and save video of selected video surveillance points, with conditional retrieval by time, surveillance point unit and name, and playback at any time (not long-duration recording like NVR).
Video Patrol: Can automatically cycle display of video groups, with settable patrol duration, pause and stop at any time, and automatic stop of patrol when switching to other groups or functions.
Video Grouping: Can automatically generate groups based on various surveillance point attributes, with custom grouping as needed; all groups support quick browsing, patrol settings and other functions.
Label Setting: Can set label information for surveillance video in the format of "Location Name + IP Information + Private Network Phone", e.g., "Post 1 19.25.32.17 853-29543". Labels are displayed in the non-image area above the video picture for superior units to accurately determine the video source.
Patrol Assessment: When displaying the image information of the inspected subject, the system automatically displays the subject's name, position, photo, duty statistics, political assessment status, etc. according to the duty plan; it can access the sentry duty image analysis results from video intelligent analysis devices, and automatically issue early warnings when abnormal states such as duty personnel leaving post, dozing off, or personnel mismatch occur.
Patrol Records: Patrol personnel can evaluate the performance of duty personnel and duty information registration records, record patrol issues in real time, select existing patrol issues, and simultaneously capture images and record video of posts with patrol issues. After patrol is completed, a network patrol report can be automatically generated with save and export functions.
Display Control: Can be linked with mainstream network DVRs and other storage devices for querying and retrieving stored video, realizing TV wall control functions, providing control operations such as signal polling, screen splitting, window roaming, overlay stretching on large screens.
Video Forwarding: Forward the current video to other terminals (including PC or mobile phone) for designated personnel to handle specific video.
