SIP-based IP Elevator Five-party Intercom Communication
Communities typically have elevators from various brands, generally classified into Deling and Otis two-wire or four-wire systems, as well as Mitsubishi three-wire systems. Beijing Raytrans provides Five-party Intercom SIP Gateways for these categories, enabling elevator five-party intercom to be integrated into the SIP softswitch system for unified transmission to the central end.
The SIP softswitch system can transmit over the Internet, allowing fire control centers to manage larger areas and facilitating unified monitoring by surveillance departments, greatly exceeding the original twisted-pair transmission range.
On the central software platform, each elevator can be conveniently labeled and bound to car surveillance cameras, enabling automatic invocation of car cameras for audio/video calls upon alarm reception. It also facilitates call transfer, multi-party conferencing, recording, and video capture.
When an alarm is triggered from the car, if the central end does not answer within 3 rings, a group SMS alert will be sent to the mobile phones of the responsible personnel, and the call will be forwarded to the duty officer's mobile phone.
