  1. Inspection of the optical terminal chassis to ensure consistent color, no scratches, and excellent assembly performance.

  2. Inspection of the optical terminal mainboard, with strict requirements on chip pin cleanliness and soldering quality.

  3. Final product inspection of the optical terminal equipment: after verifying consistency with the order business requirements, the units undergo vibration testing, 24-hour burn-in at room temperature, 48-hour burn-in at high and low temperatures ranging from -10°C to 50°C, and are then tested with professional gigabit Ethernet testers, bit error rate testers, audio testers, and SDH testers. Only optical terminals that meet or exceed national standards are approved for warehousing.

  4. Pre-shipment inspection covering labels, accessories, certificates of conformity, and manuals to ensure complete and intact packaging.
