Multimedia Dispatch System Solution

Solution Features:

1. Our multimedia dispatch system connects to the central dispatch room switch via E1 digital signaling. Our multimedia dispatch system can provide multiple consoles, and can even provide a dispatch terminal for each branch factory;
2. Our dispatch system can record routing information for each user. In addition to equal-digit dialing between dispatch switches, it can also recognize secondary dial tones and automatically redial the user's extension number;
3. Furthermore, our dispatch console has an automatic user-finding function, which first dials the user's fixed-line extension; if the extension is unanswered after several rings or is busy, it automatically dials the user's mobile phone via the GSM/CDMA channel using the group short number (free) or the full number (for users not in the group). If there is no answer within a preset time (no ringback tone), it asks whether to connect to the wireless trunked network for intercom paging;
4. In this solution, video intercom terminals or tablet PCs are connected via WiFi wireless access. During voice calls, a video binding function can be selected, allowing real-time transmission of terminal device images to the dispatch center;
5. This solution can fully utilize the existing dispatch system without changing the original branch factory dispatch mode, protecting the original investment;
6. The disadvantage is that it cannot fully leverage the multimedia dispatch system's capabilities. The central dispatch room's dispatch priority can only be lower than that of the branch factory dispatch systems, without forced release or barge-in functions. Broadcast, multicast, and conference functions are relatively weak, and cannot flexibly implement cross-switch paging, intercom, and other functions.
