Emergency Converged Communication

Problems in Forest Fire Prevention Dispatch Communication
Communication Blind Spots: Numerous institutional departments with large organizations, typically distributed across districts, counties, and townships, making effective network-wide communication dispatch impossible.
Communication Security and Reliability: Traditional 150M/350M analog intercom frequency bands are limited and susceptible to interception, while supporting only voice communication. In forest fire prevention applications, there is often no mobile 3G/4G signal, resulting in a single communication method.
Inability to Adapt to New Business Requirements: With the rapid development of the industry, current communication tools are far from meeting existing business needs, such as mobile approval, forest protection, patrol inspection, communication, and evidence collection.
Poor Portability: Staff are required to carry multiple devices, including telephones and two-way radios, and the numerous devices are inconvenient for daily work.

Features of IDM WL-TALKie Wireless Patrol Intercom Terminal
Provides voice simplex intercom function: press the button to talk and record, release the button to transmit the voice via the WIFI or LORA channel (the transmission channel is selected by system configuration).
Supports automatic playback of recordings, which can be played through earphones or external speakers.
Has recording storage function, allowing selected voice playback; when the data area is full, early received records are automatically deleted. Capable of storing 24 sent voice messages and 24 received voice messages; each up to 60 seconds long. (Supports expandable SD card)
Recording has a time progress bar indicator. (The progress bar can be shared by recording, receiving, and sending progress displays)
Supports 8 one-key alarm functions, which can be respectively identified as 8 alarm levels, or alarm test buttons. (LCD touch screen) (The meaning of alarm functions is defined in the system platform)
Supports 8 LED alarm indicators, respectively representing 8 levels of alarm information. (Can also be 8 color blocks on the LCD) (The meaning of alarm functions is defined in the system platform)
The terminal display screen can show command instructions issued by superiors. The maximum length is 140 characters, approximately 70 Chinese characters.
The display screen shows the heartbeat status of device connection; the heartbeat interval can be set in seconds.
The display screen has signal strength level indication.
The display screen has signal voice packet sending progress indication and signal voice packet receiving progress indication.

Features of IDM WL-TALKie Wireless Patrol Intercom Terminal
The display screen shows the latest 5 received voice packet indicators; clicking on them allows repeated listening.
The display screen shows 4 intercom groups; the terminal can select to join a specific intercom group.
The display screen shows the member list of the current intercom group (pageable for viewing).
The display screen shows the names of intercom users from whom voice packets were received; users can select point-to-point intercom, and when not selected, it is one-to-many intercom.
All intercom information can be shared via WIFI and interoperate with voice on mobile APP.
Through the mobile APP, the positions of each terminal can be displayed on a map; when used with the mobile APP, this terminal functions as a LORA-WIFI gateway.
Voice packets contain current BD/GPS position information.
All terminal configurations can be set via WIFI connection with the mobile APP, and then downloaded to the terminal through an over-the-air link.
Has display screen on/off information to save battery life.
Wireless LORA channel parameters: 10KM transmission distance in open areas, wireless security key technology, spread spectrum technology, 230M/430M self-organizing relay networking.
Wireless WIFI channel parameters: LWIP protocol, AP, STA, AP+STA modes, one-key network configuration, equipped with 5000maH/8000maH battery.
Has UHF RFID scanning function with a scanning distance of 5m.
Has QR code recognition function.
