Emergency Command Response Function
1 Core Function Implementation
The system is deeply integrated with the company's emergency response platform, enabling data interoperability and the ability to invoke emergency scenario plans.
For different emergency types (large-scale flight delays, special situation handling, severe weather, equipment failures), one-click activation of the corresponding emergency plan is supported, with automatic sequential calling of relevant personnel, mass voice/text notifications, execution of command authority transfer procedures, and generation of standardized emergency handling logs.
2 Technical Implementation Solution
Emergency Platform Integration: Real-time data interoperability with the client's emergency response platform is achieved through standardized API interfaces, synchronizing emergency plans, emergency personnel, emergency resources, and emergency handling procedures. The interface supports bidirectional data synchronization to ensure information consistency.
Emergency Plan Management: An emergency plan management module is built within the system, supporting the addition, editing, deletion, and import/export of emergency plans. Plans can be categorized by emergency type, and each plan can be configured with call sequences, notification content, command authority transfer rules, and handling procedures.
One-click Plan Activation: On the system's emergency command panel, clicking the plan name enables one-click activation. The system automatically executes the preset procedures without any manual intervention, and the activation process is logged.
3 Highlight Features
Visualized Emergency Handling Panel: A graphical visualized emergency handling panel is built to display in real time the plan activation status, personnel call status, notification delivery status, command authority transfer status, and handling procedure progress. Information is presented intuitively through charts and text, enabling emergency command personnel to monitor the handling situation in real time.
Multi-channel Calling and Notification: Automatic calling supports multiple channels including telephone, voice, WeChat Work/Feishu, and automatic notification supports multiple channels including text, voice, SMS, and mobile push, ensuring emergency information is delivered to relevant personnel at the earliest opportunity, with a notification delivery rate of ≥99.9%.
Hierarchical Command Authority Transfer: Hierarchical transfer of command authority is supported, with multiple levels of command personnel configurable. When the first-level commander cannot be reached, command authority is automatically transferred to the second-level commander, and so on, ensuring uninterrupted command authority.
Automatic Generation of Emergency Handling Logs: After plan activation, the system automatically generates standardized emergency handling logs, recording in real time all operations during the handling process (calling, notification, command authority transfer, handling actions). Logs include operator, operation time, operation content, and handling results. After handling is completed, logs can be exported with one click, supporting printing and archiving.
Visualized Dispatch of Emergency Resources: Integrated with the client's emergency resource management system, the location and status of emergency resources (vehicles, equipment, personnel) are displayed in real time, with graphical dispatch supported. Command personnel can directly dispatch emergency resources on the panel, and dispatch instructions are pushed to resource managers in real time.
