3D Digital Urban Management System
Digital Urban Management is a brand-new urban management model that achieves precision, agility, efficiency, all-round and full-time coverage, differing from traditional urban management approaches. Since Beijing Dongcheng District took the lead in implementing the new "Digital Urban Management" model, the promotion of this new urban management model has rapidly expanded across the country. The Ministry of Construction has successively announced three batches of pilot cities (districts), covering 25 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the central government, now reaching 51 cities (districts). From the practical experience of various regions, establishing and utilizing digital urban management to govern cities can generate tremendous benefits: first, it greatly enhances the efficiency of urban management work and improves public satisfaction, thereby laying a solid foundation for shaping a new image of an efficient, service-oriented government; second, it effectively drives profound reforms in the urban management system, forming a "comprehensive urban management" framework; third, it effectively promotes the integration of various resources, achieving resource sharing and greatly improving the overall efficiency of urban management and even the entire social governance; fourth, it meets the needs of the city's growing development and efficient operation, thereby promoting sustained, rapid, and orderly economic and social development; fifth, it brings significant economic benefits, leading to the preservation and appreciation of urban facilities and increased investment attraction returns.
