Keywords: Smart Elevator, Smart Elevator Calling, Elevator Management, Elevator Dispatch, Elevator Smart Screen, Elevator Monitoring
I. Elevator Screen Content Management
u Implement multimedia management of elevator screen information, enabling upload and download of displayed content on elevator screens via the backend.
u Content types include:
u Date/time, local weather, and the unique ID code of the elevator;
u Elevator maintenance status: last inspection time, next inspection time, elevator health rating;
u Notification text and image windows:
u Advertising and notification videos: (local playback window)
u Elevator responsible person: name, phone number, and contact QR code (unique elevator ID code) for evaluation, feedback, assistance, maintenance disclosure, etc.
II. Face Recognition Elevator Calling Function
Use face recognition to determine the passenger's target floor and initiate elevator calling settings. Multiple configuration options are displayed simultaneously.

III. Elevator Operation Status Display
Includes temperature and humidity inside the car, current floor indicator, and prediction of passenger flow in and out of the car.
IV. One-Key Audio/Video Emergency Call Function
In the event of an elevator emergency, occupants can trigger an audio/video alarm by pressing the one-key alarm (SOS) button on the side of the comfort screen. Once the alarm is activated, the system notifies multiple parties through the system monitoring center, establishing a temporary emergency response team to enable rapid rescue for trapped persons or other emergencies.
Through the elevator screen, when an elevator malfunction occurs, trapped occupants can directly engage in video intercom with the command center, reducing passenger panic during incidents. They can also view self-help guidance information broadcast by the center. Through the dispatch system, they can simultaneously communicate with rescue personnel regarding escape information.
V. One-Key Call Function
Provides one-key direct calling to the customer's intercom or mobile APP for rapid contact with designated personnel, such as calling to open the door or coordinating elevator pickup. Compliant with SIP protocol, it can communicate with any SIP softswitch terminal.
VI. QR Code Interactive System
Passengers can scan the QR code to view the elevator maintenance checklist, provide feedback on elevator issues, rate service quality, and initiate one-key emergency calls on their mobile phones (if using IP phones, the elevator ID information can be automatically uploaded).
