As the end-execution unit of the system, the converged communication command terminal covers various operational positions and emergency personnel, enabling command instruction reception, on-site information feedback, and other functions.

4.6.1 Core Terminal Configuration

Digital Trunking Radio (Legacy Compatible): Compatible with existing digital trunking radios, connected to the system via a handset intercom gateway to enable voice intercom and dispatch communication, supporting use in complex outdoor environments.

IDM MCC560 Multi-mode Converged Communication Terminal: Equipped with multi-mode communication capabilities including 4G/5G, WIFI/BT, 400M digital trunking intercom, and WIFI HALOW; optional LoRa IoT module, integrated GPS and GNSS navigation, and infrared communication functions; supports establishing device communication routes when a server is available, and broadcasting text, images, and voice without a server; built-in location positioning, temperature/humidity, gas, and other toxic gas detection functions; integrated voice convergence and AI video recognition capabilities; supports PTT one-key intercom to ensure rapid communication in emergency scenarios.

HD surveillance cameras: Deploy multiple HD surveillance cameras covering key areas such as the rocket launch tower, launch site periphery, and remote stations, equipped with YOLO video analysis algorithms to enable tracking and intelligent management of the rocket launch process, supporting integration with the dispatch system for remote control and image retrieval, with waterproof and dustproof design suitable for harsh outdoor environments.

SIP Amplified Broadcast Devices: Deploy SIP amplified broadcast devices in key areas of the launch site, supporting the base command center and vehicle-mounted command center to issue emergency broadcasts and command instructions, achieving full-area coverage and suitable for all-weather outdoor use.

SIP Conference/Dispatch Microphones: Deploy SIP conference microphones and dispatch microphones at various positions, supporting the SIP protocol with clear pickup and convenient operation, enabling voice communication and conference consultation between position personnel and the command center.

4.6.2 Legacy Terminal Access

Ordinary telephones, amplified broadcasts, digital trunking radios, wireless radios, and satellite telephones are all connected to the SIP dispatch system via audio gateways.

Surveillance cameras, conference cameras, and audio/video recorders are all connected to the SIP audio/video switching system via video servers.

BeiDou short messages are connected to the SIP short message system via SMS gateways.

Mobile phones access the SIP dispatch system via the APP.
