Converged Communication Portable Command Center Construction (Emergency Mobile Node)
The portable command center is mainly used in scenarios such as temporary deployment, emergency response, and on-site command in remote areas. It features lightweight portability, rapid deployment, and full-function coverage, built on the IDM portable converged communication command box.

4.3.1 Core Equipment Configuration
The IDM MCC6800 portable converged communication command unit integrates a four-screen display (3 foldable 15.6-inch monitor screens + one 11.3-inch bar touch screen). It is equipped with dual Windows + Android operating systems and converged communication dispatch core software, providing全域互联 and multi-network converged communication capabilities; the sealed ruggedized design and efficient heat dissipation system adapt to extreme outdoor environments, and the built-in 30AH lithium iron phosphate battery ensures long-lasting endurance, enabling full-function dispatch such as audio/video dispatch, conference consultation, and link management.

The MCC6000 portable converged communication command box features 3 foldable 21-inch monitor screens + one 10-inch bar touch screen, as well as a standard 19-inch 5U chassis, which can be expanded with communication equipment required by users.

Portable satellite broadband terminal: Configured with a portable satellite broadband terminal to achieve long-distance high-speed communication, ensuring interconnection with the base command center.
Portable HF radio station: Deployed with a portable HF radio station, lightweight and easy to carry, supporting HF band communication with strong anti-interference capability, battery endurance ≥8 hours, enabling emergency relay communication in environments without network coverage.
Portable MESH ad-hoc network device: Equipped with a portable MESH ad-hoc network device for rapid networking, with coverage adapted to the emergency site, enabling rapid networking and interconnection of on-site terminals.
Portable 4K camera and microphone: Featuring 4K resolution, portable and easy to deploy, with a wide pickup range and clear audio quality for on-site audio/video capture; supports external surveillance cameras to expand on-site monitoring coverage.
Power supply equipment (built-in intrinsically safe battery + external backup power pack): The built-in intrinsically safe battery provides endurance ≥8 hours, and the external backup power pack supports rapid recharging, ensuring long-term stable operation of equipment, adapted to outdoor scenarios without power supply.
4.4 800KM Remote Site Construction (Remote Communication Node)
To address the management and control requirements of 800KM remote sites, a remote communication node based on the optical fiber communication network is constructed to achieve real-time interconnection and dispatch management with the base command center.
4.4.1 Core Construction Content
IDM OSN-5GE multi-link aggregation device: Connects to the optical fiber communication network via 2 gigabit fiber Ethernet interfaces to achieve high-speed and stable interconnection with the base command center, while also supporting satellite broadband access as a backup link. Leveraging the device's intelligent scheduling function, it automatically switches to the backup link when the fiber link fails; supports web-based visualized O&M, intelligently locating fault types and generating troubleshooting guides within 10 seconds, ensuring real-time transmission of audio/video signals and data over 800KM distances.
Audio/video terminals: Deployed with IDM MCC660 desktop intelligent command terminals or MCC680 dual-mode audio/video conference terminals to achieve remote site audio/video capture, dispatch communication, and conference consultation, supporting PSTN line access, allowing normal calls through traditional telephone lines during power outages to ensure uninterrupted emergency communication.
HD surveillance cameras: Deployed with HD surveillance cameras equipped with YOLO video analysis algorithms to achieve on-site monitoring and target tracking at remote sites, supporting integration with the dispatch system for remote control.
IoT terminals (position, temperature/humidity, and gas sensors): Collect environmental data from remote sites in real time and upload it to the IoT server at the base command center via the fiber network.
Voice terminals: Deployed with SIP phones, handset intercom gateways, and digital trunked radios to achieve voice communication and dispatch instruction reception at remote sites.
