Aviation Command Communication System UI Design

📅Apr 8, 2026
Brief:The aviation command communication system UI design provides 7 core functional interfaces as required by Party A, with a unified style and clear layout, including the integrated command portal homepage, contacts/dial pad interface, instant messaging session interface, call logs and voice playback interface, flight support collaboration interface, emergency command panel, and system management backend. The interface design follows the principle of being centered on AOC duty personnel, with clear information hierarchy, prominent key information (alerts, incoming calls, important messages, pending tasks), and colors and indicators that conform to aviation operation conventions, with core operations completed within 3 clicks. The WEB interface supports adaptive display on monitors of different resolutions (1920*1080 and above), and the mobile interface adapts to mainstream-sized Android and iOS tablet devices.
Aviation Command Communication System UI Design

1 Core Function Implementation

Provide 7 core functional interfaces as required by Party A, with a unified style and clear layout, including the integrated command portal homepage, contacts/dial pad interface, instant messaging session interface, call logs and voice playback interface, flight support collaboration interface, emergency command panel, and system management backend.

2 Interface Design and Interaction Implementation

Design style: Adopts the mainstream aviation industry blue as the primary color, gray as the auxiliary color, and red as the alert color. The color scheme is simple and professional, conforming to aviation operation visual habits and avoiding visual fatigue.

Information hierarchy: Adopts the layout principle of "core information on top, secondary information displayed in layers," placing core information such as alerts, incoming calls, pending tasks, and important messages in the most prominent positions of the interface, while secondary information is displayed in layers according to business logic to improve information acquisition efficiency.

Operation interaction: Follows the "minimum operation principle." Core operations (answering incoming calls, initiating emergency calls, starting video explanations, one-key dialing, launching contingency plans) are all designed as one-click or two-step operations, exceeding the 3-click requirement in the tender and improving operational efficiency.

Adaptive compatibility: The WEB interface adopts a responsive layout, perfectly adapting to mainstream resolutions such as 1920*1080, 2K, and 4K, while also supporting split-screen display. The mobile interface adopts an adaptive layout, compatible with Android/iOS tablet devices of 7 inches and above, with appropriately sized operation buttons suitable for touch operation.

3 Highlight Features

Customizable interface skin: Supports both light and dark skin modes. Duty personnel can freely switch based on their working environment (day/night). Dark mode effectively reduces screen glare, protects eyesight, and enhances nighttime operation experience.

Personalized interface layout customization: The integrated command portal homepage supports personalized layout customization. Users can freely drag and drop to adjust the positions of functional modules, hide infrequently used modules, create a dedicated operation interface, and improve operational comfort.

Customizable shortcuts: All core functions support customizable shortcuts. Users can set shortcuts according to their operating habits, such as one-key answer (F1), one-key dial (F2), and launch contingency plan (F3), enabling rapid keyboard operation and improving work efficiency.

Multi-screen linked display: Supports multi-screen linked display between WEB and mobile ends. For example, after starting a video explanation on a PC, it can be synchronously displayed on a tablet, supporting multi-screen collaborative operation and meeting the multi-screen office needs of AOC duty personnel.

Operation guidance and new user tutorial: The system includes built-in intelligent operation guidance and new user tutorials. First-time login users can quickly master the operation methods of core functions through the tutorial. The operation guidance supports one-click enable/disable, making it convenient for both new and experienced users.
