1 Core Function Implementation

Provides an operation document library module, supporting full upload, hierarchical and categorized storage and management of various documents such as work notices, operation directives, authority announcements, and technical documents;

The document library supports full-text search, allowing users to quickly search and locate file content via keywords on the command terminal interface;

Provides an operation risk alert publishing module, supporting administrators in compiling risk alerts, special weather warnings, etc., with configurable publishing scope and receiving positions; position personnel must read and confirm designated documents after login before starting duty;

Provides an operation alert overview page, displaying current effective and historical operation risk alerts in a hierarchical and categorized manner according to the client's usage requirements, with multi-condition filtering support.

2 Technical Implementation Solution

Operation Document Library: Built on a domestic distributed file storage system, supporting multiple file formats including Word, Excel, PDF, PPT, images, audio, and video; supports batch upload and resumable upload, with a maximum single-file upload size of 200MB;

Full-text Search: Integrated with a domestic Elasticsearch full-text search engine, enabling rapid retrieval of document titles, content, uploaders, and keywords, with a retrieval response time of ≤3s; supports sorting of search results by relevance and time;

Risk Alert Publishing: Precise push based on roles and positions; administrators can set the publishing scope by department, position, or seat; after publishing, the system automatically pushes to target positions; upon login, unconfirmed risk alerts will block system operations for position personnel until they are read and confirmed.

3 Highlight Features

Document Version Management and Watermarking: Supports multi-version management of documents, recording modification history and supporting version rollback to prevent accidental modifications; supports adding custom watermarks to documents (e.g., company name, personnel name, time) to prevent document leakage;

Document-Flight Association: Supports associating documents in the document library with dimensions such as flight numbers, routes, and airports, enabling intelligent document push; when users view flight information, the system automatically recommends relevant technical documents and operation directives to improve work efficiency;

Risk Alert Expiration Reminder: Supports setting validity periods for risk alerts; 7 days before the validity period expires, the system automatically reminds administrators to update or withdraw risk alerts, preventing expired alerts from affecting operations;

Reading Records and Statistics: The system records the reading time and confirmation time of all position personnel for risk alerts, and builds a risk alert reading statistics dashboard, displaying the reading rate and confirmation rate of each position in real time for administrator supervision and inspection;

Document Subscription and Push: Supports users in subscribing to specific categories or documents in the document library; when new documents are uploaded or existing documents are updated, the system automatically pushes notifications to users, ensuring timely access to the latest materials.
