1 Quick Dial Function

In the contact list, search results, and favorites, double-click any contact entry for one-click dialing, or right-click the "Dial" button to initiate a call, with a dial response time of ≤1s;

The system homepage and dial pad interface integrate a "Recent Contacts" list, dynamically displaying the latest 100 incoming/outgoing contacts, sortable by time or contact name, with direct click/double-click redial support;

Real-time synchronization with the internal IM system displays the online/busy/away/offline status of frequently used contacts, with a status refresh interval of ≤10s, providing reference for duty personnel before dialing;

Users can add frequently used contacts to personal favorites and create temporary call groups, supporting one-click sequential dialing within the group, one-click multi-party conference initiation, and call groups can be saved, edited, and deleted.

2 Screen Word Capture Function

(1) Core Function Implementation

Provides a screen word capture tool independent of browsers and applications, deployed as a desktop plugin, supporting text selection containing phone numbers in any interface (documents, web pages, emails, Excel, PDF, domestic office software) with the mouse. The tool automatically identifies and pops up options such as quick dial, add to contacts, and save as frequently used number, with a recognition accuracy of ≥99%.

Developed based on global hook technology for Windows/domestic systems, the screen word capture tool enables cross-application text selection recognition without relying on any browser or application plugin;

Built-in intelligent number analysis module automatically identifies domestic numbers, international numbers, and civil aviation internal short numbers, intelligently adds country codes and long-distance area codes before dialing, and supports custom area code rules and short number rules.

Batch Recognition and Dialing of Multiple Numbers: When the selected text contains multiple phone numbers, the tool can batch-recognize all numbers and provide options for batch dialing and batch adding to contacts, improving operational efficiency;

Contact Matching and Name Display: After recognizing a phone number, the tool automatically matches it against the system contact list. If a match is successful, the contact name and department are directly displayed for user confirmation;

Tool Resident and Personalized Settings: The screen word capture tool resides in the system tray, supporting enable/disable, hotkey activation, customizable recognition styles (font, color, popup position), and minimization to the tray without affecting other user operations;

Historical Recognition Records: The tool records recently recognized phone numbers, supporting quick viewing and redialing. Historical records can be manually cleared to ensure privacy and security.
