1 Core Function Implementation
Deep integration with the FOC production system. When flight status, task, and other information changes, relevant notifications are automatically pushed to outstation support personnel's mobile APP/mini-program based on preset rules.
AOC duty officers can proactively send text, images, files, voice, and other operational command information to one or more outstation support personnel's mobile APP/mini-program via the command communication terminal.
Supports automatic creation of temporary support groups based on flight numbers, automatically adding dispatch, maintenance, outstation, and crew personnel to the group chat 2 hours before departure, and automatically dismissing the group after flight landing. The group chat supports text, image, and file sharing, as well as querying historical group message logs by date and flight number.
2 Technical Implementation Solution
Message Push Engine: Adopts a domestically produced message push platform, supporting Android/iOS native APP push and WeChat Work/Feishu mini-program push, with push latency ≤300ms and delivery rate ≥99.9%.
FOC System Integration: Real-time acquisition of flight status and task information through the FOC system's standardized interfaces, with preset multi-dimensional push rules (by flight number, route, outstation, personnel role), supporting custom configuration and enable/disable of rules.
Temporary Support Groups: Based on flight information from the FOC system, automatic creation and dismissal of groups is achieved through scheduled tasks + event triggers. After flight landing, groups are automatically archived, with group messages retained for ≥1 year, supporting query and playback.
3 Highlight Features
Offline Message Caching and Synchronization: The mobile APP/mini-program supports offline message caching. When the device is in a no-network state, messages can be cached locally and automatically synchronized to the server after network recovery, ensuring no message loss.
Message Read Receipts and Secondary Push: Pushed notifications and messages support read/unread receipts. Senders can view recipients' reading status within the system and manually perform secondary pushes to unread personnel, ensuring important information is delivered.
Manual Adjustment of Temporary Groups: Supports administrators in manually adding/removing members from automatically created temporary support groups based on actual business needs, meeting the support requirements of special flights, with manual adjustment operations logged.
Large File Transfer Support: The mobile end supports file transfer up to 100MB (superior to the conventional 50MB), supporting multiple file formats such as images, PDF, Office, and compressed packages, with online file preview without the need to download locally.
Group Announcements and @Mentions: Temporary support groups support publishing group announcements, which are highlighted within the group, and support @single person/@all personnel reminders. Mentioned personnel receive dedicated push notifications, ensuring important notices are not overlooked.
