1 Directory Function
Realize real-time bidirectional synchronization between the operation command communication terminal system and the FOC system directory, with a synchronization interval of ≤30s, ensuring a single source of truth for contact information, consistent and accurate, avoiding duplicate maintenance of information;
The directory module supports intelligent search, pinyin initial search, fuzzy search, pinned frequent contacts, department classification, and contact tag management, with a search response time of ≤1s;
Contact information includes name, position, extension number, mobile number, email, and department, supporting addition, editing, deletion, batch import/export of information, and providing a directory UI interface schematic.
2 Conference Call Function
(1) Core Function Implementation
Build a dedicated conference call organization function, supporting seat personnel to quickly create conferences on the terminal, inviting multiple parties (including external organizations) to join the conference by adding internal numbers or entering external numbers, and supporting the conference host's control functions such as mute, unmute, remove participant, invite, and hang up.
(2) Technical Implementation Solution
Build a domestic-made conference call system based on the backend IP-PBX, supporting two creation methods: instant conference and scheduled conference, with a maximum of 30 concurrent participants per conference (exceeding the industry standard of 20);
Instant conference: supports one-click creation, quick addition of internal contacts, entering external numbers to invite external personnel, and entering the conference immediately after creation;
Scheduled conference: supports setting the conference topic, start time, end time, and reminder time; the system automatically sends conference reminders to participants (in-system message + mobile push), with automatic reminders before the conference starts.
(3) Highlight Features
Conference recording and minutes: automatic recording throughout the conference, with recording files automatically associated with conference information; supports real-time editing of conference minutes during the conference, with minutes and recordings stored synchronously; minutes and recordings can be exported with one click after the conference ends;
Conference locking and guest permissions: supports the conference host locking the conference; after locking, no new participants can join, preventing unauthorized personnel from entering; supports setting guest permissions, where guests can only listen and cannot speak, ensuring conference security;
Conference status visualization: build a conference status monitoring interface, displaying in real time the number of conference participants, online status, and speaking status, and supporting the host in batch management of participants;
