I. Video Conference and Visual Telephone Video Conference

A visual telephone video conference refers to a conference system where the conference terminals are primarily visual telephones. Users can initiate point-to-point video calls through active telephone dialing, or dial an authorized conference number to join a video conference. II. Features of Field Wire Bus-type Ethernet

(1). A bus-topology Ethernet network is implemented over the widely used field wire, allowing terminals to tap into the field wire at any point to access the network transmission system;

(2). Within a distance of 2KM, the field wire bus network can provide 10M bandwidth network transmission, supporting 2 channels of 4Kp60 high-definition video transmission;

(3). Field wire is widely used due to its ruggedness, waterproofing, high tensile and compressive strength, convenient splicing, low usage cost, and ease of deployment;

(4). Field wire broadband can compensate for some shortcomings of field optical cable and can serve as the optimal method for broadband access networks. The combination of field wire and field optical cable makes wired transmission more convenient in field applications;

III. Functions of the 4K Visual Telephone Conference System

(1). The portable 4K visual telephone conference system can provide up to 6 channels of 4K P60 high-definition video conferencing, including 4K visual terminals and 4K high-definition video conference cameras. It also supports visual terminals with downward-compatible resolutions to join the conference;

(2). The 4K visual terminals provided by this system feature hardware encoding/decoding capabilities for 4K and lower resolution images. Terminals can support text communication, voice communication, video communication, etc. In video communication mode, users can select the local camera, network-streamed 4K surveillance cameras, and other video sources, and can share the terminal screen or windows within the screen;

(3). The 4K visual telephone conference system is first and foremost a telephone system, compatible with all SIP telephone terminals. It supports direct inter-dialing between telephones and can also connect to other audio communication systems via a SIP gateway, such as broadcast/intercom systems, trunked radio systems, and magneto telephones;

(4). The 4K visual conference system is also a dispatch system, supporting dispatch communication with terminals, such as call hold, call transfer, forced release, barge-in, bridging, broadcast, conferencing, recording, and video recording, etc., ensuring unimpeded information flow in emergency scenarios;

IV. Application of Field Wire Networks in the Armed Police Industry

(1). Network transmission in digital sentry posts. In current digital sentry posts, in addition to using fiber optic ring networks with redundant protection for Ethernet transmission, twisted pair cables are also used to transmit alarm and control signals, ensuring control signal transmission in the event of fiber optic network failure. If field wire broadband transmission is used, the field wire network can be utilized when the fiber optic network fails, essentially ensuring that all services remain uninterrupted. Optical cable and field wire networks can be used in aggregation to ensure that communication support is not affected when either type of network fails;

In certain area support scenarios where wireless networks cannot be used and terminal access locations are uncertain, sometimes requiring access at any time and any place, it is necessary to deploy field wire broadband access systems. If contact with the command center is required, unified access to the fiber optic network or satellite broadband network can be established at the aggregation point;

(3). Locations requiring temporary deployment of linear area networks, such as networks deployed along riverbanks during flood control and rescue operations where access points can be added at any time, temporary surveillance and communication networks deployed along tunnels, and multi-directional multi-access-point communication networks deployed in disaster areas.

The Field Wire 4K Visual Telephone Conference System uses field wire twisted pair connections to ensure rapid access, high reliability, and stability. All terminals and devices are connected to the switch via field wire twisted pair or field wire gateways. The 4K field wire intelligent dispatch terminals and 4K MCU audio/video communication and dispatch equipment in the system are directly connected via field wire twisted pair. Cameras and SIP telephones are connected to the switch through field wire gateways. This design not only improves network redundancy but also ensures that the system continues to operate even in the event of a single point of failure. Through this architecture, the entire system achieves efficient centralized management and dispatch, supporting multi-party high-definition audio/video calls and flexible conference scheduling, while ensuring diversity of device access and system scalability.
