IDM MEETING1000R Conference Management Device

The IDM MEETING1000R IP Conference Management Device is a conference management solution over IP networks, providing 16 IP-direction full-duplex conference rooms, with each IP direction supporting up to 4 audio channels. When two units are used in parallel, it can provide 32 IP-direction full-duplex IP audio conferencing.

    A full-duplex conference room means that every participant can speak freely at any time. To ensure conference voice quality, typically up to 4 or 8 parties (configurable parameters) can participate in the voice mixing of the conference room.

    To quickly convene a conference, members of different conferences can be stored in different "Conference Plans." When starting a conference, simply press "Start Conference" and then select the desired conference plan name to send a call tone to the participants.

    After the conference is started, participants can be added or removed. After modification, the system will prompt whether to save the changes to the plan.

    Members in the conference room can be set to "Mute Listen" and "Mute Speak." These configurations can also be saved to the plan, with the default being that all members can speak and listen.

    Conference members can be configured to use VAD voice activation mode or PTT mode. Members who are not muted can use these methods to speak.

    The conference room can be recorded, and individual members can also be recorded. The Dispatch Console issues the recording command, and the recording results are stored in the server area for the Dispatch Console to retrieve at any time.

 The channel volume of a specific member can be adjusted on the Dispatch Console.

 The entire system adopts a B/S programming architecture with a cross-platform programming model, providing API functions for secondary development. The dispatch server and Dispatch Console interface can run on domestic operating systems.

 Local user members can use a PTT handset or a headset with a PTT socket function. Standard headsets need to be modified with an RJ45 interface.

The IDM MEETING1000R consists of a conference management MCU and conference terminals. The conference terminal supports 4 IP directions with limited conference control capability. The MCU supports 32 IP directions and 32-party full-duplex conferencing.
