The converged communication terminal adopts a 7-inch touch all-in-one machine, using the domestic chip RK3568, with 2G+16G configuration, which not only has low power consumption but also strong performance. It is fully capable of meeting the needs of audio and video dispatching; it uses a 1280*800 dot matrix display, has an HDMI interface output, and can be connected to external large screens, projectors, etc. It connects to Ethernet via WiFi or RJ45; the MCC-500 converged communication terminal can run IDM audio and video telephone terminal software, and can realize the calling functions of SIP softswitch telephony, including audio calls, video calls, video conferencing, message sending and receiving, PTT intercom, etc.; the MCC-500 converged communication terminal can also realize audio and video access and forwarding functions, and can realize functions such as video surveillance and video consultation.
I. Device Features

(1). The IDM MCC500-P unified communication terminal adopts an 11.5-inch touch all-in-one unit, featuring the fully domestic chip RK3568 with 2G+16G configuration, offering low power consumption and strong performance. It is fully capable of meeting audio/video dispatch requirements.
(2). The IDM MCC500-P unified communication terminal adopts a capacitive multi-touch all-in-one unit, featuring a 1280*800 dot-matrix display with HDMI output interface, allowing connection to external large screens, projectors, etc. It connects to Ethernet via WiFi or RJ45.
(3). The IDM MCC500-P unified communication terminal can run IDM audio/video telephone terminal software, enabling SIP softswitch telephone call functions, including audio calls, video calls, video conferencing, messaging, and PTT intercom.
(4). The IDM MCC500-P unified communication terminal can also implement audio/video access and forwarding functions, enabling video surveillance, video consultation, and other functions. The host features a 5-megapixel camera.
(5). The host can expand audio interfaces via USB ports and can work with the IDM USB-TALKI for calling or PTT intercom.
(6). The IDM MCC500-P unified communication terminal host has 5 physical buttons: MIC mute, Volume+, Volume-, Call, and PTT. The "Call button" can be configured to directly call the central Dispatch Console, or to pop up on-screen buttons on the touchscreen for point-to-point calling. Pressing "PTT" automatically enters the intercom group for calling, and all group members can receive the call.
(7). The host comes standard with an 8-ohm 5W speaker and corresponding driving capability, delivering clear and powerful sound.
(8). The host can expand multiple USB cameras, allowing selection and switching between multiple angles for video intercom.
(9). The IDM MCC500-P unified communication terminal can also connect keyboards, mice, and other peripherals.

(3). Multimedia Capability: Supports 4K 60fps H.265/H.264/VP9 video decoding.
(4). Dual-screen Display: Supports HDMI output simultaneously, enabling dual-screen display with different content.
(5). Interface Capability: Supports 1000M adaptive Ethernet; supports WiFi-2.4G, BT-4.1; 4 USB 2.0 host ports and 2 USB 3.0 ports (1 USB 3.0 port is USB_OTG).
