The IDM MCC500 Desktop Unified Communication Terminal features a 7-inch touch all-in-one design, powered by the fully domestic RK3568 chipset with 2G+16G configuration, offering low power consumption and robust performance. It is fully capable of meeting audio/video dispatch requirements. The unified communication terminal adopts a capacitive multi-touch all-in-one with a 1280*800 dot-matrix display, featuring HDMI output for connecting to large screens, projectors, etc. It connects to Ethernet via WiFi or RJ45. The unified communication terminal runs IDM audio/video phone terminal software, enabling SIP softswitch telephony functions. The host comes standard with an 8-ohm 5W speaker and corresponding driver capability, delivering clear and powerful sound. The host supports expansion of multiple USB cameras, allowing switching between multiple angles for video intercom.

(6). The IDM MCC500 Unified Communication Terminal features 5 physical buttons on the host: MIC mute, Volume+, Volume-, Call, and PTT. The "Call" button can be configured to directly call the central dispatch console, or to pop up on-screen buttons on the touchscreen for point-to-point calling. Pressing "PTT" automatically enters the intercom group for calling, and all group members can receive the transmission.
