In IP network transmission, commonly used radio dispatch systems rely on SIP-based softswitch systems, which require an IP dispatch server. These systems are complex in structure, large in size, and inconvenient to carry.
The IDM VOICE365 Integrated Services Dispatch Console features built-in hardware timeslot cross-connection and hardware conference room functions. Each unit can simultaneously establish links to 4 remote audio channels, while the local end provides 4 audio interfaces for connecting MICs, speakers, monitoring headsets, and fixed-line telephones. Under the coordination of the Dispatch Console, operations can be performed on any channel within the IP network.
In addition to standalone ad-hoc networking, the IDM Voice365 supports IoT protocols and can easily interoperate with IoT devices using the MQTT protocol.
The IDM Voice365 also supports the SIP protocol and can register to a SIP server.
The IDM Voice365 is used for radio IP trunking and radio IP interconnection, and is also known as an IP Dispatch Gateway, IP Radio Gateway, Radio Access Gateway, or Integrated Access Gateway.
IDM Voice365 Integrated Services Dispatch Console Functions:
Integrates the IDM Voice365-4 IP Access Gateway and integrates the PAD dispatch terminal;
On the PAD dispatch terminal, parameters of multiple IP access gateways can be configured and stored on the device;
The dispatch terminal can directly receive gateway status information, read the status of each gateway interface, and also proactively query status — no server involvement required;
The dispatch terminal can connect to services on remote gateways with one click, with independent receive and transmit enable operations for each port;
Multiple user interfaces can be connected to the conference room for conferencing, with operations such as add, delete, mute, and listen-block;
Recording and playback functions are available for voice on specific channels;
Features include answer, call, forced release, barge-in, monitor, and call transfer.

IDM Voice365-4 IP Integrated Services Access Gateway Functions:

IDM Voice365-4
The device uses fiber optic or RJ45 for access to the IP LAN;
Alternatively, a single RJ45 Ethernet interface can be used to connect to the local Ethernet network;
The receive port of each service sub-card on the IDM Voice365-4 IP Access Gateway can be configured to the transmit port of any sub-card at any IP address;
When a service card has multiple receive ports, multicast transmission is used;
The central console can store IP addresses and interface numbers of multiple radio access gateways;
This device is an access multiplexing device for IP transmission, offering flexible transmission and access modes. It supports both point-to-point applications and point-to-multipoint mesh applications;
Gateway configuration information can be accessed and configured via the IP network;
The device is intended for use in LANs with fixed IP addresses. When used over the Internet, a VPN router is required.
