1. Overview

The IDM IAD-32S Voice Gateway is a high-performance, high-reliability voice access gateway launched by our company. It adopts the standard SIP protocol, is compatible with various IP-PBX and VoIP voice platforms, and provides flexible and diverse access methods. It is suitable for large-scale deployment in carrier projects and enterprise unified communications. Its full-concurrency call processing capability is also particularly suitable for IP contact center solutions, meeting the demands of high-volume call traffic.

The IDM IAD-32S is equipped with multiple interfaces and can connect to standard telephones, computers, fax machines, broadband networks, and telephone trunk lines, enabling interconnection between the traditional public switched telephone network (PSTN), IP voice networks, and traditional telephone terminals.

As an intelligent gateway with rich features, the IAD-32S supports dozens of office telephone functions, including call forwarding, call transfer, three-way calling, caller ID, do-not-disturb, ringback tone, simultaneous ring, etc. It also supports custom routing, number bitmap, and various other distinctive features, fully meeting the requirements of various applications and solutions.

High reliability is guaranteed. The IDM IAD-32S is equipped with dual Ethernet port redundancy to ensure calls are not affected by partial network failures. Additionally, optional 1+1 DC/AC power supply modules are available to meet user requirements for high reliability. In terms of deployment, the IAD-32S provides multiple disaster recovery mechanisms, including primary/backup SIP server registration switching, load balancing, PSTN network failure survivability, and power failure survivability, ensuring highly reliable operation of the device.

Comprehensive security policies. The IAD-32S provides multi-level, all-around security protection and supports multiple malicious intrusion prevention mechanisms, effectively addressing security risks such as brute-force attacks on the management platform and SIP attacks, ensuring worry-free communication and management, and meeting the security requirements of enterprises and carriers.
