Underground Pipeline Harmful Gas Monitoring System
This system is mainly designed for real-time harmful gas concentration monitoring at locations such as sewers and wastewater treatment plants. When concentrations exceed the standard, an early warning is issued on the platform, and corresponding disposal measures are dispatched to the relevant units for handling.
It includes the harmful gas detection IoT, an incident handling APP, an incident processing workflow, and visual display.
In the pipe gallery environment, there are fiber optic networks and twisted-pair networks, using fixed networks or WIFI to make the network more stable. Some use NBIOT and 4G/5G interfaces at pipe gallery access points to transmit data to the command center.
After IoT data is transmitted to the data center, data governance and model calculation are performed, and monitoring alarm information is output.
For monitoring results, the system automatically or after manual confirmation triggers the incident processing workflow. Based on the incident content and location, it is automatically routed to the relevant personnel, and enforcement basis and assessment methods are provided at relevant nodes.
After the handling personnel arrive on site, they fill in on-site data and handling results, including rectification measures, according to the prompts in the incident handling APP.
The pipeline network APP system can be configured with pipeline inspection instrument boxes (connected via Bluetooth) to perform various inspections on the pipeline network, such as scanning fixed assets with an RFID scanner, positioning, detecting harmful gases along the route, detecting ambient temperature and humidity, and detecting pipeline surface temperature (infrared thermometry), among others. The APP can connect to the network and position via the pipe gallery's WIFI. When there is no network, route information ahead can be pre-stored in the APP for positioning and detection.
At the specified time after incident handling is completed, verification personnel conduct inspection and acceptance according to standards, until the incident is summarized and archived.
