Government Cloud Deployment Solution for the Immediate Response Work Order Dispatch Management System
I System Overview
The Immediate Response Work Order Dispatch Management System platform, by sorting out and building a unified standardized dispatch process from a business perspective, divides business levels and forms closed loops at each level. According to different functions of the same business, all elements participate in handling a single case until it is satisfactorily closed. The system can quickly transfer cases to frontline handling personnel via computer and mobile clients and feed back handling results; cadres and departments at all levels can also view unified analysis results of cases in real time through the system.
This system involves interfacing with the district-level 12345 citizen hotline service system, while serving the street disposal center, various street communities, and various street departments. It is accessed via PC WEB through the district e-government extranet and via mobile APP through the internet. According to actual network and security requirements, this system is deployed on the district government cloud.
