I. Overview of Equipment and Facility Safety Control Functions

Fully leverage IoT technology and mobile applications to enhance on-site control capabilities. Through terminal devices such as RFID, sensors, cameras, and mobile phones, real-time monitoring, intelligent perception, data collection, and efficient collaboration are achieved throughout the construction process, improving on-site management capabilities.

Safety monitoring covers a variety of commonly used equipment, including hoisting equipment, lifts, unloading platforms, and mobile machinery. It supports integration with the equipment's built-in systems and also allows deployment of multiple monitoring sensors, such as air quality, temperature/humidity, and gas leak sensors. Data reported by these sensors is collected and analyzed to enable predictive warning and emergency response.

  1. Connect detection equipment data from critical equipment (e.g., tower cranes, excavators) to the construction site IoT system via an IoT gateway.

  2. Integrate logistics vehicle information, such as location and cargo data provided by the driver APP, and push relevant information to construction site managers.

  3. Push equipment hazard warning information to the construction site smart dashboard, leadership APP, PC dispatch terminals, and command display screens.

  4. Environment-facility linkage: For example, high wind forecasts trigger management notifications for tower cranes. Wind speed detection values prompt on-site reminders for tower crane operations. Rain forecasts and water accumulation detection trigger alarms for pit bottom operations.

  5. Minimum distance alarm between operating machinery and workers (e.g., hook-to-helmet distance, cameras detecting workers without helmets in operation zones).

  6. Safety alarms from inspection APPs and video inspections are promptly pushed to relevant personnel.

  7. Record daily inspections and maintenance status of equipment.

II. Construction Site Equipment and Facility Control IoT System

Achieves operational status monitoring of various equipment and facilities on the construction site, with a comprehensive monitoring network covering the entire site.

In sudden emergency situations, after the dispatcher inputs event-related information or a third-party system reports event-related information, the emergency response plan process is triggered. The system has a built-in emergency response plan database and can integrate with the emergency response plan system. Once the emergency process is triggered, it automatically links with voice, wired, wireless, video, surveillance, broadcast, GIS, command, and other systems.
