1.2 Real-time Calling

Frontline personnel conduct two-way intercom with the command center platform through front-end devices, facilitating timely reporting and instruction delivery, and unified action command; the system supports echo cancellation and noise suppression, avoiding crosstalk and background noise; equipped with high-quality speakers, it maintains high-quality intercom even in noisy outdoor environments.

1.3 Real-time Video

Front-end IDM smart individual soldier handheld large-screen terminals and front-end smart individual soldier terminals (including IDM smart individual soldier handheld large-screen terminals, IDM smart individual soldier PAD, and IDM smart individual soldier APP) support video capture at multiple resolutions (720P/1080P), utilizing MESH ad hoc networks, 4G LTE, wireless bridges, or satellite communication for video backhaul, enabling the command center to view real-time footage and grasp on-site conditions; while viewing video, files can be saved and bound to terminal device IDs or personnel information for later review and management.

1.4 Real-time Audio/Video Calling

Front-end smart individual soldier terminals (including IDM smart individual soldier handheld large-screen terminals, IDM smart individual soldier PAD, and IDM smart individual soldier APP) can directly dial users in the contacts list for audio/video communication.

1.5 Audio/Video Conference

Also known as video consultation, video dispatch, or audio/video intercom. Used for video dispatch and conferencing between video cameras, individual soldier terminals, and dispatch consoles; local video can be from the individual soldier terminal's front/rear cameras, USB cameras, or Wi-Fi direct-connected cameras.

1.6 Real-time Positioning

Front-line IDM smart individual soldier handheld large-screen terminals, front-end IDM smart individual soldier PAD, and IDM smart individual soldier APP support GPS/BD positioning systems; the recorder can transmit location information to the backend in real time via MESH ad hoc networks, 4G LTE, wireless bridges, or satellite communication, displaying real-time positioning information on GIS electronic maps; designated terminals can also be selected for track tracking, enabling better personnel supervision.

1.7 Visual Command

Integrating GIS one-map, video backhaul, and voice communication, resources are consolidated for visual display, empowering the command center with mobile informatization and intelligence; supports voice dispatch, video dispatch, audio/video dispatch, SMS dispatch, GIS dispatch, BeiDou short message communication, audio/video consultation, and other dispatch functions, making decision-making more timely, intelligent, and efficient.

1.8 GIS One-Map

Visual display on GIS maps, including personnel basic information, talk group information, device status, IoT information, and key areas; for video users, current video surveillance feeds can be viewed directly on the GIS interface. Management personnel can select areas on the GIS to view all resource types within the selected region, facilitating reasonable task allocation and decision instruction issuance.

1.9 IM Instant Messaging

Provides group communication via voice, text, positioning, images, and pictures; an instruction/notification text interaction window is provided on the audio/video interface; users can switch to instant messaging at any time to send and receive location, voice, text, numerical data, images, and short videos.

1.10 Information and Instruction Transmission/Reception

Used to receive text instruction messages from the central end, requiring confirmation upon receipt.

II. Mobile Converged Intercom Communication

(1) Intercom Call

Intercom calls to mobile terminals can be initiated via the console, with talk-right control for speaking and real-time monitoring of intercom status.

(2) Intercom Group Call

Multiple intercom groups can be configured on the console; group calls can be initiated via the console, and all mobile terminals under the intercom group can engage in talk-right-controlled speaking.

(3) Video/Image Backhaul

Mobile terminals proactively send text, images, and video to the console, where they can be viewed and downloaded.

(4) Video/Image Distribution

Images and video backhauled from mobile terminals can be distributed to other mobile terminals for viewing via the console.

(5) Video Conference

Video conferences can be initiated via the mobile terminal APP between individual soldier terminals with the APP installed.

(6) Video Surveillance Viewing

Video surveillance feeds can be viewed via the mobile terminal APP.
