IoT Monitoring Data Collection Equipment

The IDM IOT365 series IoT collection and access devices, based on IoT protocols, support access to environmental monitoring sensors such as smoke detectors, temperature/humidity, hydrology, meteorology, hazardous chemicals, toxic gases, as well as video surveillance signals, and report them in real time to the emergency command center. They also support serving as the control signal channel for critical facilities such as urban elevators, enabling the emergency command center to perform remote control.

The IDM IOT365 series IoT collection and access devices provide rich transmission methods including wireless Wi-Fi, LoRa, and wired networks, adapting to different network environments.

Mobile APP Inspection Data Reporting

The IDM IOT365 mobile APP provides data collection and reporting functions such as basic data collection, incident reporting, and inspection reporting, uploaded in real time to the emergency command center via 4G/Wi-Fi.

Communication Methods

(1) Supports access to the LoRa IoT gateway installed on the top or bottom of the elevator car via LoRa, connecting to the elevator monitoring management IoT server;

(2) Supports access to the LAN or the Internet via terrestrial IP networks, Wi-Fi, 4G, or NB-IoT, thereby interconnecting with the elevator monitoring management IoT server;

(3) LoRa network access is the preferred recommendation. LoRa offers stronger penetration and anti-interference capabilities than Wi-Fi, making it especially suitable for office building environments where Wi-Fi signals are congested.

Device Functions

The IDM DT200 non-intrusive elevator status collection black box adopts an integrated installation approach with a compact size, requiring no additional physical collection points. It does not need to connect to the elevator's own control system or mainboard to obtain data. Its collection of elevator operation information relies entirely on its built-in sensors, without causing any impact on the normal operation of the elevator.

Through its built-in high-precision sensors, it achieves elevator operation status monitoring and elevator fault information monitoring, uploading data in real time to the server and storing various elevator operation data, fault data, and elevator maintenance work information.

III. IDM Smart Elevator — GIS Visualized Command Platform

Smart Elevator Platform Based on GIS IoT Big Data

Smart Elevator Work Management — Dynamic display of elevator staff information, personnel distribution, and staff attendance check-in status;

Smart Elevator Big Data Monitoring — Display of elevator incident status, including personnel distribution, vehicle distribution, emergency facility distribution, and heat map display; location distribution and information display of IoT monitoring points; elevator IoT monitoring information displayed on the big data platform, allowing intuitive understanding of all elevator resource data on GIS and timely adjustment of command and deployment plans;

Smart Elevator Big Data Analysis — The platform provides corresponding data analysis, displaying incident development in key areas by region and time period, providing comprehensive data information and analysis reports, and offering decision-making basis for personnel at all levels of the command center;

Smart Elevator Incident Handling and Electronic Supervision — Supervision of incident reporting and handling processes during command operations, as well as process monitoring;

Smart Elevator Command Communication — Integrated instant communication between command personnel and emergency response staff via voice, video, wireless, and other methods;

Smart Elevator Command Plans — Emergency command plan system, emergency team scheduling, and emergency incident handling plans;

Smart Elevator Command Early Warning — Monitoring elevator usage status through multiple channels such as IoT monitoring, mobile APP inspections, and public reporting. The system automatically determines and triggers early warning notifications, and pushes corresponding emergency plans to relevant personnel to achieve advance prevention and advance deployment.

IV. IDM Smart Elevator — GIS Visualized Smart Elevator Platform

System features of the smart elevator platform based on GIS IoT big data:

The GIS visualized smart elevator platform, based on a one-map command and dispatch system, supports adding layers for units, elevators, personnel, tasks, and other information. It supports bidirectional association operations between the map system and business application systems, allowing command personnel to perform command and dispatch directly on the map.

In on-site command environments, it automatically provides leaders at all levels with various information highly relevant to specific incidents, intelligently achieving integrated information and business operations, and displaying real-time on-site information collected by field departments at all levels, enabling leaders to quickly, comprehensively, and accurately obtain situational awareness of incidents.

Oriented toward "platform modernization, information integration, flattened command, and diversified applications," and relying on the GIS one-map smart elevator system platform, it comprehensively integrates resources to provide strong technological support for promoting emergency incident handling and emergency management construction.
