Elevator Operation and Working Data Statistics

Automatically store collected elevator fault information, elevator operation information, elevator maintenance or rescue information, etc. Upload elevator operation statistics to the elevator monitoring and management platform in real time. Based on these data, the elevator operation pattern and operation fatigue can be analyzed.

Automatically store the occurrence times of various elevator faults and specific fault parameters, including fault occurrence and recovery time, floor, elevator overspeed value, abnormal vibration amplitude, etc.;

Record maintenance personnel's maintenance start time, end time, and the entire maintenance process information;

Rescue personnel's rescue start time and end time.

V. IDM Smart Elevator — Grid-based Management

V. IDM Smart Elevator — Grid-based Management

  1. Divide communities, parks, etc. into multi-level grid organizations, and plan the reporting relationships for different categories of events;

  2. According to common elevator management events, classify them into major and minor categories, and set the processing time limits for each node in each category;

  3. Inspection: The system periodically (according to different seasons or related activities) generates inspection plans, assigning different grassroots grid personnel different inspection routes, inspection times, and inspection contents.

  4. Elevator event reporting: If abnormal events requiring handling are found during routine inspections, videos, images, voice, and text of the abnormal location can be uploaded to the superior node according to the event category.

  5. Elevator census data collection and storage;

Elevator Inspection

Elevator Inspection

According to relevant elevator maintenance management regulations, establish elevator management and operation & maintenance strategies. The system pushes tasks to elevator management and operation & maintenance personnel at all levels. Based on the tasks pushed on the APP, elevator management and operation & maintenance personnel collect information, report events, supervise related work, and write inspection logs. Meanwhile, superior leaders can also conduct online supervision through the system to strengthen guidance to subordinates. The big data aggregated from inspections is used for intelligent analysis of elevator management.

Inspection Task Generation: The system adds new tasks to the routine tasks of each inspection grid member based on recent tasks or leaders' arrangements, schedules a new inspection timetable, generates a new inspection plan, and sends it to each inspector.

Inspection: Inspectors check the corresponding contents according to the inspection task plan and report the corresponding status through the APP. When abnormal events occur, the event reporting function is triggered, and the corresponding event major and minor categories are selected. Reports are submitted in the form of parameters, text, graphics, voice, and images, and the reported event content is automatically forwarded to the relevant processing department.

Event Handling: After receiving the event information, the relevant department handles the problem within the time specified by the system and forwards the processing result to management personnel. Events that cannot be handled within the time limit are automatically escalated to the superior management organization.

Big Data Processing: Based on various events and emergency situations, further management plans are analyzed and work is optimized.
