IDM Duty Management, Big Data Analysis System - Video Inspection, Network Duty Inspection System
This system realizes the organic combination and interactive linkage of inspection objects, dispatch plans, and work plans. When inspection is initiated, it can automatically start inspection monitoring standards based on the predetermined work content or status of the inspection objects (personnel, equipment), and analyze inspection results in real time during the inspection process. Functions include: sequential arrangement of monitoring points to generate inspection trajectories; real-time display of monitoring points on the map; basic database of monitoring points; monitoring tasks and inspection standards corresponding to monitoring points; AI video analysis results corresponding to monitoring points; inspection results of monitoring points.

I. System Functions
(1). A software platform that implements functions such as information resource management, equipment management, user management, network management, and security management;
(2). Capable of display, storage, alarm processing, and command;
(3). A structure interconnected via SIP network. SIP Gateway: a device capable of protocol conversion between the SIP protocol specified in this specification and other protocols;
(4). Equipment management: configuration and query of software and hardware resources; real-time monitoring of system performance; fault alarm monitoring, fault diagnosis and location analysis of system equipment, creation and maintenance of alarm logs, etc.;
(5). Video forwarding service: in the case of multiple users concurrently accessing the same audio/video resource, to reduce the load on video encoding devices and save network bandwidth, a single connection is established with the video encoding device through the video forwarding module, and the audio/video stream is then forwarded to users via multicast, distribution, or broadcast;
(6). Web service: non-dedicated management users can log in to the system in B/S mode, access audio/video stream resources, control front-end devices, and perform other operations;
(7). Database service: a distributed database should be adopted to store index information of devices and audio/video streams, alarm information, user profiles and permissions, and system operation logs, providing storage and retrieval services for data and audio/video stream retrieval, identity authentication, and permission management. It can also store each inspection report;
(8). Retrieval and playback of historical audio/video streams should support retrieval and playback of historical audio/video stream files by specified device, channel, time, alarm information, and other elements; playback should support normal playback, fast playback, slow playback, frame-by-frame forward/backward, pause, video frame extraction, etc.; support stepless playback of audio/video streams.
II. Video Inspection, Network Duty Inspection System Software Functions
(1). Plan formulation: duty inspection plans can be formulated, setting the inspection sequence, inspection duration for each sentry post, execution time, etc., to configure and form an inspection package.
(2). Scheduled duty inspection: according to the execution time determined by the duty inspection plan, the system can automatically perform remote video display of the duty posts in the inspection package in the set sequence and duration for the duty inspection personnel to view.
(3). Real-time viewing: including location display on the map, display of inspection point archives, display of inspection elements of inspection points, execution of PTZ preset settings, intelligent recognition results, and consistency confirmation.
(4). Historical playback: can link with storage devices such as DVRs to retrieve historical video, with playback control functions such as playback, speed playback, and time-point dragging.
(5). PTZ control: equipped with universal PTZ control buttons, enabling manual/automatic control of PTZ and dome cameras over the network, including direction control, near/far zoom, etc.
(6). Video snapshot: can capture and save the current video of a selected video monitoring point, with conditional retrieval by time, monitoring point unit, and name, and preview at any time.
(7). Video recording: can record and save video of selected video monitoring points, with conditional retrieval by time, monitoring point unit, and name, and playback at any time (not long-duration recording by NVR).
(8). Video patrol: can automatically cycle display of video groups, with settable patrol time, pause and stop at any time, and automatic stop of patrol when switching to other groups or functions.
(9). Video grouping: groups can be automatically generated based on various monitoring point attributes, and custom grouping can be performed as needed; all groups have functions such as quick browsing and patrol settings.
(10). Label setting: label information can be set for monitoring video in the format of "location name + IP information + private network telephone", e.g., "Sentry Post 1 19.24.32.17 853-29543". Labels are displayed in the non-image area above the video picture for superior units to accurately determine the video source.
(11). Duty inspection assessment: when displaying the image information of the inspection object, the system automatically synchronously displays the object's name, position, photo, duty/on-duty statistics, political assessment status, etc., according to the duty plan; it can integrate the sentry duty image analysis results analyzed by video intelligent analysis equipment. When abnormal states such as duty personnel leaving post, dozing off, or personnel mismatch occur, the system can automatically issue an early warning.
(12). Duty inspection records: duty inspection personnel can evaluate the performance of on-duty personnel and duty information registration records, record and select existing duty inspection issues in real time, and synchronously capture images and record video of sentry posts with duty inspection issues. After the duty inspection is completed, a network duty inspection report can be automatically generated, with save and export functions.
(13). Display control: can link with mainstream network DVRs and other storage devices for querying and retrieving stored video, implementing TV wall control functions, and providing control operations such as signal polling, screen splitting, window roaming, overlay stretching, etc., for video on large screens.
(14). Video forwarding: forwards the current video to other terminals (including PC or mobile phone) for designated personnel to handle the specified video.
