Elevator Safety Pre-warning Management System
Monitor the operation status of over 300 elevators across the city, promptly alert the platform to issues such as overload, prolonged door-open time, and elevator faults, and dispatch handling measures to the corresponding elevator operation and maintenance units for troubleshooting.
As a public transport vehicle, elevators cannot be returned to the factory for repair like cars, but rely on on-site inspections by quality supervision departments and regular maintenance by maintenance units. In recent years, due to difficulties in collecting maintenance funds, there have been significant gaps in elevator inspection and repair. To ensure elevator operation and maintenance safety, information technology must be used for monitoring.
Since elevators are special safety equipment, different manufacturers adopt different electrical solutions, posing challenges to networked elevator detection.
The elevator operation status detector should be independent of the elevator's original system, allowing non-destructive installation without modifying the original elevator design. It should be capable of detecting faults such as door-open timeout, door jitter, overload, and car overshoot, as well as information such as leveling door opening, running speed, and floor number. It should have network intercom functionality, supporting simultaneous voice communication between property management, maintenance companies, and command centers with personnel inside the car during emergencies.
In addition to detection capabilities, daily elevator inspection and quality inspection work must also be supervised. Maintenance departments use an APP to periodically report data to the data center, thereby connecting with the elevator maintenance platform data.
The elevator maintenance platform consists of a GIS platform, a basic database, a maintenance workflow, and a maintenance APP. The basic database contains each elevator's factory information, installation and usage information, maintenance information, and component repair test cycles, among others. The maintenance workflow strictly specifies time, inspection content, and review and supervision mechanisms. The maintenance APP records the time, location, and content of inspection and repair reports, and also provides an emergency call function equivalent to a five-party intercom system with the elevator car, enhancing emergency response capability.
The elevator maintenance APP can also receive audio intercom dispatch commands from the emergency center.
Government quality supervision departments can connect to the emergency command platform to provide elevator annual inspection information, etc.
Elevator fault emergency handling plans coordinate the linkage of public security, medical, fire, and maintenance departments based on event registration.
The elevator maintenance APP provides the capability to access the emergency dispatch converged communication platform and can receive coordination and command from the command center.
