Digital Camp Solution
1. Requirements Analysis
The construction of a digital camp, integrating the command requirements of modern warfare and the development needs of information technology, driven by military training and combat mission requirements, fully utilizing IoT and Internet-based multi-means command & dispatch technologies to uniformly present and manage the conditions within the camp, building a comprehensive command system that integrates combat command, education and training, daily combat readiness, and emergency response, featuring high-tech content and intelligent management, to meet the requirements of providing information assurance for commanders and headquarters in completing tasks such as combat command, counter-terrorism and stability maintenance, and disaster relief.
2. Solution Description

**2.1 Network System
**Utilize the computer network system to build a document circulation informatized office system, training command database, video conference system, and cloud terminal network teaching and training system;
**2.2 Communication System
**Utilize satellite communication, ultra-short wave radio communication, electronic countermeasures, electronic reconnaissance, network countermeasures and other technical means to build a voice communication system, a visualized combat command & dispatch system, and an emergency command response system; seamless connection and automatic switching can be achieved between various communication systems.
- Voice telephone system: IP, PBX voice switching system;
- Multimedia command & dispatch system: featuring visualized voice communication, multicast, on-demand, and one-key direct call functions; can achieve seamless integration with IP and PBX voice switching systems;
- IDM-60N multi-radio wired/wireless conversion direct communication system. It can connect with various radios, such as ultra-short wave radios, wireless walkie-talkies, etc. The command and control platform is equipped with a wired/wireless intercom module. This module can be configured with multiple EM2/4 interfaces to simultaneously connect multiple wireless radios, and can connect air-to-ground communication radios and surface communication radios through control interfaces to achieve interconnection between different radios. This module has multiple FXO interfaces connected to the console microphone, and through the radio control keyboard, the command and control center can achieve communication with wireless radios. Meanwhile, the wired/wireless intercom module can access the PSTN network and GSM network, enabling communication between fixed telephones or mobile phones and wireless radios, as well as direct intercom between fixed telephones or mobile phones and analog trunking systems.
2.3 Digital Management System
Implement GPS positioning management for support vehicles: (vehicle mobile positioning, online vehicle dispatch, route tracking, boundary crossing alarm, and other functions). Personnel management adopts "one-card management": (personnel positioning, camp gate entry/exit, one-card, attendance, consumption).
2.4 Administrative Management System
For the military's daily routine system and the implementation of various rules and regulations, introduce digital and automated technical means for administrative management, build an electronic patrol and sentry inspection system, an equipment and materials digital tracking management system, and uniformly manage data such as the technical performance and operating status of various equipment, providing rapid and efficient data support for training and tactical deployment.
**2.5 Video Surveillance System
**Video surveillance of key targets (providing intuitive information basis for commander decision-making).
