Build a dangerous goods control database, mainly for data integration with public security administration business, to obtain data such as production units, storage locations, transport information, and usage information of dangerous goods.

Integrate fixed information such as production units and warehouses of dangerous goods from public security administration business, and display it on the GIS map of emergency management, as well as dynamic information such as transport and usage. RFID full-process traceability management is typically applied to dangerous goods and their sites.

Dangerous goods control uses NBIoT or 4G/5G IoT. NBIoT generally transmits only detection data, while 4G/5G transmission networks can simultaneously transmit surveillance video and IoT data. When multiple RFID detectors are deployed within a single unit, a LoRa gateway is used for multi-point management, and data is aggregated and transmitted via 4G/5G signals. When fiber optic networks or twisted-pair networks are available, fixed networks or Wi-Fi are preferred for more stable connectivity.

Networked RFID detection devices are installed at the entrances of dangerous goods sites to manage the inventory of incoming and outgoing items. For critical locations, RFID detectors should be installed at storage and usage positions to monitor movement. RFID tags are attached to dangerous goods containers for full-process management.

For dangerous goods transport vehicles, 4G/5G-based RFID detection gateways and electronic door locks should be installed to monitor the transport status of dangerous goods throughout the entire journey. Dangerous goods transport must be consistent with the transport permits issued by public security administration departments. Enterprises are required to upload transport orders and vehicle information via an APP. Local dangerous goods transport vehicles must be equipped with a 4G IoT terminal that integrates vehicle monitoring and command & dispatch. Based on pre-registered IP addresses, relevant management departments can subscribe to vehicle status information. The 4G terminal can transmit location information, surveillance video, and compartment status (including temperature and humidity, cargo RFID status, and compartment door access information). The command center can communicate with the vehicle-mounted platform via the dispatch system. The vehicle-mounted platform can simultaneously join the transport company management group, shipper management group, regional dispatch center group, etc., facilitating driver dispatch and intercom.

The vehicle-mounted intercom system and APP intercom system can interoperate, and can be connected to the converged communication platform via hardware IP intercom gateways.
