VHF Two-way Communication Solution

Response: Supports AOC position remote real-time monitoring of tower Very High Frequency (VHF) audio, and upon authorization initiates "voice insertion" to achieve cross-regional two-way communication.

(1) Audio Access: VHF audio is connected to the media gateway via audio access equipment (audio matrix/voice gateway, supporting SIP/RTP or E1/FXO, etc.), completing acquisition, encoding, and encapsulation.

(2) Private Network Transmission: Dual-link encrypted transmission is adopted, with QoS configured to guarantee voice priority; link health detection (BFD/heartbeat) triggers automatic switching, with switching time <1s.

(3) Position Presentation and Insertion: After decoding by the media service, audio is presented on the position soft terminal/phone; "voice insertion" requires "role authorization + duty manager secondary approval," with full logging of approval logs, call logs, and recording traces to ensure compliance and traceability.

(4) Reliability: Link redundancy, node redundancy, alarm linkage; the insertion process does not affect the continuity of existing ground-to-air communications, ensuring 7×24 stable operation.
