Emergency Command Dispatch Features
1 Emergency Command Dispatch
The IDM visual command dispatch system features powerful emergency command dispatch functions, network management control, one-key direct call, and supports multiple dispatch mechanisms such as point-to-point command dispatch, point-to-multipoint command dispatch, and multi-group command dispatch. Multi-group command dispatch supports priority settings; the general dispatch center and subordinate dispatch centers support HD video wall and HD multi-screen display modules; supports video phone broadcast; supports hotline, phone-video binding, video phone broadcast, and remote control functions. In addition, the equipment supports OSD information publishing.
2 Video Surveillance Function Users can flexibly switch live video images, control PTZ and cameras, conveniently combine and display multiple video channels, and support two-way audio/video intercom. Supports multiple surveillance modes such as point-to-point surveillance and point-to-multipoint surveillance; supports surveillance screen switching; supports scheduled patrol inspection, enabling timed switching of video images between different surveillance areas.
3 Visual Intercom Function In this system solution design, telephone and video are transmitted over the same channel. When a leader needs to view the duty room status in real time, they can dial the duty room phone, and the camera automatically rotates to the position of the ringing phone for real-time viewing of the on-site situation.
4 Video Conference Function According to actual application requirements, video conferences can be held in real time for two-way audio/video interaction. With chairman priority set, participants can be convened to join the video conference, control the speaking rights of each site, and broadcast a sub-site to achieve multi-point, multi-party two-way audio/video interaction. The system uses console key operation; dispatch operations can be completed by simply pressing the corresponding keys.
5 High Image Quality Supports video resolution up to 1080p (1920×1080), with clarity 20 times that of traditional video communication. It also supports HD video wall deployment for visual command dispatch with multiple nodes simultaneously.
6 Large System Capacity
A single central device can provide video service transmission for up to 166 remote sites, providing non-blocking transmission channels for video, audio, and data services at each site, with support for future expansion.
7 Strong Compatibility and Expansion Capability
Can connect various two-way visual communication terminals, such as HD video conference terminals, SD video conference terminals, and video phones;
Can connect various one-way visual communication terminals, such as video encoders and IP cameras;
Can integrate with various surveillance systems and with traditional voice command dispatch systems.
Public security and security emergency command dispatch systems are important projects for building a safe society and safe communities. An efficient and reliable emergency command dispatch system can effectively improve staff work efficiency and establish reliable guarantees for effectively combating various crimes and maintaining local public security.
