Aviation Command Communication System Analog Telephone (Softphone) Function

Core Function Implementation

Integrate complete pure software telephone functionality within the PC client and WEB interface, without relying on physical IP phone hardware, supporting all operations including call dialing, answering, hold, transfer, hang-up, caller ID, and call history query; after a user account logs into the softphone, the extension number and call functions move with the account to any authorized workstation, ensuring communication continuity in emergency scenarios.

Technical Implementation Solution

Softphone Core Engine: Develop a pure software telephone client based on SIP.js + WebRTC, seamlessly integrated with the backend domestic IP-PBX, compatible with mainstream voice protocols such as SIP and H.323, supporting HD Voice high-definition voice calls;

Account Roaming and Follow-me: User extension numbers, personal call settings, call history, and permission configurations are all bound to the user account. After logging into the system at any authorized workstation, the softphone automatically completes SIP registration and call functions become immediately available, achieving "account follow-me, uninterrupted communication";

Call History Synchronization: All call records (incoming/outgoing/missed) are synchronized in real-time to the user account. After logging in across workstations, the full call history can be viewed, supporting multi-condition query, export, and associated playback of call records.

Highlight Features

Unified Communications Experience: The softphone interface is deeply integrated with the system address book and instant messaging, supporting direct dialing by clicking contacts, and quick sending of images/files/messages during calls, achieving integrated collaboration of "call + message";

Advanced Call Control Functions: On top of basic functions, advanced PBX features are added including unconditional forward, forward on busy, forward on no answer, call park, call pickup, monitor, and barge-in, meeting the complex communication requirements of aviation operation command;

Offline Emergency Calling: When the network between the terminal and server is briefly interrupted, the softphone supports local cached internal short-number calling. After network recovery, call records are automatically synchronized to the server, ensuring basic communication in emergency scenarios;

Custom Speed Dial: Users can set up to 10 custom speed dial keys in the softphone interface for one-click dialing of frequently contacted parties, improving dialing efficiency.
