In various command & dispatch halls or factory/community duty rooms, communication conversion from telephones to headsets is often required, allowing command personnel to leave the dispatch console or telephone to handle other events simultaneously. In some applications, the audio played in the left and right earpieces may even be different.
In offices or homes where answering the phone near the telephone is inconvenient, WIFI headsets, Bluetooth headsets, or WIFI phone handsets can be used to answer calls, free from the limitations of handset cord length.
The IDM fixed-to-wireless device includes the IDM NT204 (IP) for connecting fixed-line telephones, which can provide audio access conversion for 4 telephone lines simultaneously to Ethernet. The IDM IP-talkie can connect wireless headsets and provides call answer (or volume+, volume-) buttons.
The IDM NT204 (IP) and IDM IP-talkie can be paired independently. When using the RJ45 wired Ethernet port, one IDM NT204 (IP) provides up to 4 fixed-line telephone conversion interfaces, corresponding to 4 IDM IP-talkie WIFI intercom headsets simultaneously.

The IDM NT204 (IP) can also provide EM 2/4-wire audio interfaces to convert radio voice signals into IP signals. In this case, the answer button on the corresponding headset functions as the PTT switch on a two-way radio.

When the IDM NT204 (IP) is directly configured with a Bluetooth interface, it can provide conversion for 1 telephone voice interface. When using the Bluetooth interface, it can directly correspond to one Bluetooth headset for communication.

When the IDM NT204 (IP) is directly configured with a WIFI interface, it can provide conversion for 1 telephone voice interface. When using the WIFI intercom conversion terminal with a headset, it can directly correspond to one headset.

The IDM IP-talkie is a WIFI-to-headset interface terminal that can be worn on the chest like an employee badge. Users can choose their preferred headset style to complete call answering. It features a built-in power bank function and can be charged via a mobile phone USB charger. Users can order battery capacity based on the nature of their work.

The IDM NT204 (IP) and IDM IP-talkie can connect to an IoT communication server using IoT protocols. Integrated into a comprehensive IoT platform, they can provide additional services such as recording, location information display, wireless trunking intercom, and audio conferencing.
