  1. Whatever you do, you must be down-to-earth and patient

"What is work? Work is repeating the same thing every day. We must not only do it well, but also continuously learn from it and improve ourselves. Whatever you do, you should be down-to-earth and pay attention to methods. Through more than a week of internship, we have indeed realized that the awareness of teamwork is crucial. Generally, after we finish assembling a product, we need to put it into the packaging box. To improve efficiency, we usually adopt an assembly line approach, i.e., divide the work first, then execute. I remember one time, during the packaging process, someone accidentally mixed up the central office and remote terminal equipment, which forced us to unpack all the products we had just packaged and re-check every box. During this process, although the mistake was made by a colleague, no one blamed each other; instead, everyone showed mutual understanding, and we quickly identified the error and resolved the problem. Through this small incident, I came to understand the importance of unity within a team. On a deeper level, a company's cohesion is reflected in every detail. Only when all employees are of one mind can the company achieve sustainable development and ultimately succeed.

  1. Persistence is victory:

Raytrans is a high-tech enterprise, and there are many technical things we do not understand. When organizing the product manuals, we found for the first time that we could not even understand Chinese. Products like "PCM", "SDH155", and "MSTP155" — apart from recognizing the characters, we knew very little about them. Looking at the thick stack of promotional materials in front of us, both my classmate Miao Miao and I wondered whether we could handle this job. But I told myself that no one is born knowing everything; no matter how difficult it is, I must persist and keep learning. Whenever we encountered something we did not understand, we consulted Mr. Zhu, the General Manager of the technical department, and Mr. Sun, the Engineer. They explained everything to us very patiently, and the company also provided us with a dedicated training session to help us quickly understand some product information. We believe: persistence is victory!

  1. We must have a sense of responsibility

During the internship at Raytrans, we experienced a fast-paced work life. Every senior colleague was busy all day, either doing one thing or rushing to another — even going to the next office to fetch something was done at a run to save time. When we first joined the company, we felt lost every day; apart from the tasks assigned by our seniors, we had little to do. My classmate Jiao and I were both frustrated. The work here was completely different in nature from school, leaving us somewhat overwhelmed. Every day, apart from debugging equipment, we were writing manuals, which dampened our enthusiasm for work. So we kept asking ourselves: what exactly should we do at work? After many conversations with our seniors, we realized that we had been in a very passive state.

"If work is a pleasure, life is paradise. For the same task, some people may find it interesting, while others may find it meaningless — the difference is like night and day. One is enjoyment, the other is suffering, as if being in hell. To complete work easily and happily, one must make it interesting, artistic, and engaging. Only then will work not feel so hard. Therefore, at work, by changing our perspective, we can always find joy.

In the future, let us use a sense of responsibility and a grateful heart to continuously enhance our positions, and become the sails of Raytrans' voyage! Treat Raytrans as our home, and jointly manage this big family well! Wishing our "home" smooth sailing!
