Raytrans Participates in the "Zhongguancun 1+1" Charity Pairing and Joint Development Activity

The "Zhongguancun 1+1 Public Welfare Platform" is a public welfare activity platform initiated by the "Zhongguancun 1+1" project to promote corporate social responsibility and build a harmonious society. It has done a great deal of beneficial work in promoting communication and exchange between Zhongguancun enterprises and various public welfare organizations, and facilitating the connection between the two parties.

Anlong County, located in the Qianxinan Prefecture of Guizhou Province, has approximately 324 natural ethnic villages. Due to harsh natural conditions, inconvenient transportation, and scarce arable land, most of these villages are in poverty, with an average annual per capita income of less than 2,000 RMB (only 27% of Beijing's minimum wage standard). In 2010, the county suffered a once-in-a-century severe drought, and Premier Wen Jiabao personally visited the area to inspect the disaster situation. The drought severely impacted the production and daily life of ethnic minority communities, with crops almost completely failing and the ecological environment further deteriorating, placing an even heavier burden on people's livelihoods.

To this end, the "Zhongguancun 1+1 Public Welfare Platform" planned to launch the "Zhongguancun 1+1 Special Assistance Plan for the Development of Anlong County Villages" activity (hereinafter referred to as the "1+1 Assistance Plan") in 2010. The 1+1 Assistance Plan is jointly hosted by the Anlong County Government of Qianxinan Prefecture, Guizhou Province, and the Beijing Zhongguancun High-tech Enterprise Association, calling upon Zhongguancun enterprises to take action and jointly participate in supporting the development of ethnic minority villages in Anlong County, delivering care and compassion to help them overcome poverty and achieve harmonious development.
